Perched atop the premium business-class hotel Awesome Palace, Olive Heights is a rooftop gem perfectly located between Guwahati’s old and upcoming airports. With a modern, chic interior featuring a stunning glass ceiling and walls, the restaurant offers an incredible panoramic view of the airport runway — a visual treat for aviation lovers and cityscape enthusiasts alike.
The menu at Olive Heights is impressively diverse, catering to a wide range of palates with global cuisine influences. We opted for some classic favourites: the mixed sauce pasta was rich and balanced, the vegetarian pizza had a perfectly crisp base and generous toppings, while the cheese croquettes and fried corn were flavorful, crispy, and well-executed. Each dish felt thoughtfully prepared and visually appealing.

Read moreAfter being in the house for a few days we wanted to go for a nice drive and spend a night out together. After searching for a while we stumbled upon Olive Heights. It's just next to LGBI Airport so it's in the perfect place for those entering or leaving Guwahati.
What we didn't know is that Olive Heights is actually the restaurant for Hotel Awesome Palace. Both the hotel and the restaurant are very upscale and clean in appearance. The restaurant itself is at the top of the hotel and is very hygienic with great food and great service for reasonable slightly higher than average prices.

We just visited Olive Heights for the first time last week and already began considering going back a couple of times since then because it was so good.

It had leftovers and were not cleaned. after sometime we got assisted to the glass facing seat. The plates and cutlery were not replaced after the previous guests. It was dirty. There were no tissue papers. When I asked about it the staff told "We ran out of tissue paper". which was disappointing to me. There was a young female staff who keep ignoring our questions and request. Male staffs were very nice towards us. It was lunch time and the glassed area air conditioner was not turned on, It felt a little hot to sit there. The family next to us made a fuss on it and they turned it on. About food, It was not up to pur comparing the price of it. The oreo shake was watery it was Rs 250 and it was shit. DONT ORDER IT.
