KFC — Restaurant in Assam

One of the most pathetic KFC in the whole world. The instant we entered on 05 July 2024, the place was filled with smells of Broiler Chicken Farm and I was like Yuck. Even my 3 and half year old daughter asked me “Daddy, what’s the smell?”. The conditions of Washroom was like those of a Public Toilet of a dirty township. It smells like rotten mice. And the staffs were dressed liked a cartoon with Faded KFC T-shirts and a Gutka in their mouth. They were soft spoken, but when I asked them regarding their Management Part; they show disrespect to their manager (Ek Pagal Buddha hai), which actually is seen inside the KFC. Pathetic Management. Needs lots of improvement. Adding onto it, Google Shows it Closed even when it is open. Something fishy is going on for sure. Authorities may kindly...

Very poor condition resides at KFC now a dags, especially this one(CHRISTIAN BASTI). We had to wait for more then 15 minutes to place our order, as there was a power cut due to which the menu screens turned off, I doubt the generators are well maintained. Moreover after placing the order and payment, they said they don't have sufficient pieces of chicken which we ordered and they would replace it with other things. We had no other options left but to except whatever they said, as the payment was already done. Moreover they made me wait for change issue, which after waiting, when asked they said they are don't have coins. Lastly had to leave there only without taking the money back. Disgusting experience. Can't believe the condition of a brand like KFC has gone...

Horrible experience.. Nothing here is like kfc what I know... Bunch of fraudsters sitting at the counter. I ordered veg meal. That girl charged me for burger, large coke and large fries without asking me ... When asked she said normal size coke is not available...only large coke is available... While there were normal cups kept there which I saw.... At the end she did not even give me the remaining change... She said she does not have change... While i saw she had change in the money drawer... I did not want to create a scene there as I was with my mother ... So i decided to take it here... The incident took place at kfc gs road near bhartiya jalpan... On 25 September 2023 at 8:00 pm approximately... My order no. Was 4983... Kfc management should really...
