Complaint About Poor Food Hygiene and Unsatisfactory Service

Dear Manager,

I am writing to express my concern about the poor food hygiene and unsatisfactory service I experienced at your restaurant on 12 Oct 2024.

I was extremely disappointed with the hygiene standards of the food I was served. The food I was served was deep infested with cockroaches, which my mother ate (pictures of the same are enclosed herewith for reference). This is a serious issue that poses a risk to her health now.

In addition, when I confronted with the staffs about the same, they tried to suppress the matter inappropriately. This only compounded my concern about the hygiene of the food that was served to other customers as well.

I am concerned about the poor hygiene standards at your restaurant and the impact this could have on the health of customers. I hope that steps will be taken to ensure that similar issues do not occur in the future.

I feel that I was wronged by my recent visit to your restaurant and would like you to make amends for this along with an apology for the inconvenience caused.

This review is totally from my heart, nothing personal, I was really excited to visit this place considering the train concept that it uses to deliver the food in the tables and indeed it is a unique and creative idea . But , the food- I am very disappointed. We ordered the mocktails at the beginning which were good . The prawns were good too. I am sorry to say the squid fried from the Oriental section was extremely plain and was fermented. The squids smelled like dried fish.The waiters were not able to describe the taste, I asked several times beforehand whether it will be good in taste. They couldn't answer well .Another one I asked them to suggests a spicy chicken dish in Indian section. They did not have much idea . Finally we ordered for rogini chicken, it was so plain, less salt wheareas in the menu it was described as burst of aromatic spices, there was no aroma.
