Pizza Hut | GS Road, Guwahati — Restaurant in Assam

This christmas I visted with my family here.We ordered two medium pizzas.While taking our order the waiter named Abul was not attentive. Next after taking our order one more family visted and the same waiter took their order. We waited for almost 1hour for only two pizzaz but we were not served whereas the other family who ordered so many items were served right before us. On questioning he just kept telling us to wait and gave ridiculous excuses like the pizza got burn, etc. After waiting for this long time my family got angry and then we just left the place. But just before leaving we approached the manager named Kangkan and we narrated the whole incident to him. He told us that waiter was new in their business but we cannot accept this excuse to be a perfect reason for such kind of act. He also gave us offers like discounts etc. But with all these they cannot please every customer. We went there with great expection as the day was a special one and Thanks to PizzaHut it got Ruined. Pizza hut is a place I'd always fantasize about when it comes to hunger..but when i visited there yesterday.. i found a change in the quakiqu of pizza they provide.. it's more like a biscuit now rather than a pizza. I'm really disappointed. The two stars i gave is just for the strawberry shake. I'd give the pizza a 0 star. Such a horrible experience. I'd not think about if in my worst dream thar pizza hut serves this kind of a pizza. I ordered the chicken sausage pissa, the chicken pieces were dry as hell. Yuck! Please change the quality of the pizza you serve or else you're gonna lose a whole lot...

A must visit for a great pizza experience. This outlet serves you with a proper restaurant experience with friendly staffs. They will cut you and adjust the pizza's as per your taste and demand. One will not require extra cheese because pizzas are served with appropriate cheese by default. Sides and drinks are also nice here. Whole Menu is moderately expensive.
