Best place for authentic Chicken/Mutton Mandi. Authentic Hyderabadi/Nizami food lovers, this is the best you can find in Guwahati. Must try their Juicy Mutton Mandi, Al-Faham Chicken and Mandi, Souk special Arabian Mix Mandi(for all the meatlovers who would like to go full guns blazing), galouti kebabs and for desserts try the Khunafa, Double ka Meetha, Qubani Ka meetha. Great place to go for Shahi lunch/dinner with family and friends. Very polite and friendly staff. Quick service, hygienic and excellent decor and ambience. Affordable price for all its food items especially considering the quality, quantity and taste which they are providing is top notch. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Souk , and it was an unforgettable experience. The ambiance was delightful, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the perfect mood for the evening.

The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the exceptional hospitality provided by our waiter, Nizam Uddin. His attentive and courteous service elevated our dining experience to another level. Nizam ensured that every aspect of our meal was perfect, from recommending dishes to promptly attending to our requests. His professionalism and friendly demeanor truly stood out.

The food itself was exquisite, with a diverse menu that catered to a variety of tastes. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor.

We had a lovely time at Souk today. I was quite excited to eat here and it didn't disappoint! The ambience was quite nice and the arabic vibe really came through with the decor. There were seating arrangements on the floor as well as standard tables. I recommend sitting on the floor for the full experience.

We ordered the Chicken Al-Faham Mandi, Mutton Rogan Josh and Souk special Knafeh. The mandi was really, really good. The rice was so flavorful and the chicken pieces were juicy and delicious. We also loved the side dishes that came along with the Mandi! The full plate is sufficient for 4 people.

The mutton was alright, loved the gravy but the meat had a somewhat unpleasant aftertaste, like it wasn't very fresh. I also liked the Knafeh and it was a good way to end our meal.

Prices are justified for the quality of the food, especially the mandi is truly value for your money if you eat as a group. Service is prompt and the staff is quite attentive. One to visit again...
