The best gluten free bakes I've had so far in India with a good variety on their menu! The Brownie and Cookies were soft, gooey, fluffy and finger-licking delicious to the last crumb. The Sandwich loaf was light & fluffy as well, not dense & heavy like most gluten free breads on the market - it made a great base for everything from sandwiches to toasts, even with Maharashtrian Misal! Their scrumptious Cinnamon Rolls are to die for with their yummy cream cheese frosting! My 6-yr old and husband, who have coeliac disease, couldn't get enough of them. And they were a huge hit amongst my gluten-consuming folks as well. We are going to be Baked in Blr's regular customers and am looking forward to trying the rest of their fare. The service is outstanding to boot. The owner / staff is very kind & helpful and promptly resolved the issue through Swiggy when our address wouldn't show up in the drop-down menu while placing the order. The goodies arrived very well-packaged as well. Highly recommend...

Amazing products . You will never miss out on any of the things you crave for because of gluten sensitivity . To those who can eat gluten , I would still recommend that these are better in terms of taste as well as nutrition . Why eat empty calories that gluten bestows on one apart from the damage it dies to one’s gut over a period. There is one important thing I want to add and perhaps that’s why I would rate this the best bakery . It’s the only one that has ONLY gluten free . There is focus leading to very high quality . For those who have celiac , it’s critical that even a bit of gluten doesn’t accidentally come into contact with their food . In my view , there is always a risk if a kitchen has gluten flour around . We didn't realize that this is an online only business. We went to find the store front and were surprised when greeted by the wonderful owner! She took the time to describe all the products in detail. We placed our order of breads (almond oat and regular sandwich) and pastries. They were delivered to us promptly in a few hours!

I froze the breads while traveling in Ladakh and the Himalayas for about three weeks. They were delicious when thawed! I had them everyday with omelets and local apricot jam. The quality of the product is so high and I received such positive comments, that I had to write this review!! Traveling with celiac is tricky, but this was one of the best trips ever.......
