14/2/2022- MY CYCLE front hydraulic Break STOPPED WORKING, it’s not even a month old, done around 150km that’s all, Pathetic! Went to check the problem with CYCLE WORLD, they took the cycle and asked me to wait till evening or till tomorrow..issue is not resolved front breaks still not working..I don’t know what to say..I am so unhappy with this merchant, if possible take the cycle back and give me back my money…

11/03/2022- Responding to owner- link shared is for HILAND CONQUEROR NOT CONQUEROR PRO, your employee showed me conqueror pro on ur same website link u have shared and told me 7k discount he is giving, I paid money and left the cycle in ur shop and went. Next day when I checked with him he changed his statement and not ready to take back the cycle, after that he connected me to you, after I spoke to you, your employee agreed saying since you didn’t had conqueror pro variant which was showed to me on your website you only told to him to give the HIM013 which was lesser price than PRO series.

One more thing u gave 1k discount after speaking to u, but he gave a LED light and buzzer horn instead. Which is 350rs online. Which was not working had to replace it again.

29/2/2022-The shop salesman is requesting me to delete this post they are asking 3k to upgrade the cycle to conqueror pro variant for which I have already paid, they need money not bothered about delivering the quality product.

28/2/2022- I would not recommend anyone to visit this store at all, they are not trustworthy.. 2days ago (26/2) I purchased HIGHLAND 29 MTB Cycle from Cycle world Malleswaram 18th cross for 30k.. the same cycle is available under 25k in other cycle world branches, I have less knowledge about cycle but I always wanted own one from my childhood (this is my first owned bicycle till date), I requested the salesman to suggest me a good bicycle (one time investment) he suggested HILAND CONQUEROR PRO (MRP-36999) with discount 30k we finalised the deal and I was happy, payment was done. It was late for him to deliver the cycle we agreed to take it next morning and cycle was taken. But when I did little research about the cycle I found out it is not CONQUEROR PRO, but HIM013..7k lesser than the one the sales man showed me..When I checked with him about this with salesperson his response was worst, he argued and never accepted what he showed me to buy wad CONQUEROR PRO. i wanted to return the bicycle he didn’t accept, I easily lost my money by trusting them blindly. It’s not all about money should have ethics’s in business model, my excitement of new cycle was shattered...

I was eyeing this store from quite sometime to purchase my first cycle, based on the positive google reviews. One day finally i walked in around 8PM and bought my cycle without much research else where (my mistake). Although there were very less collection of cycles to choose from, i still decided to walk out with one cycle this time, i liked keysto KS001(gearless cycle) costed 11000/-. Although I wanted test ride but sales person denied saying 'you can ride only inside the showroom' and that's the company policy (one of the 5 star review said they give test ride outside which is false review) so i purchased this based on the review from the sales person as i was exited to purchase my first cycle. And i didnt bother to bargain much and took the bike out to discover that the cycle was really 'uncomfortable' - seat was hard, peddle was hard realised that the breaks were jammed too. and it was a total uncomfortable ride home. I took it home somehow and dialed in Cycle world next day to ask if they can exchange with some other better cycle.They literally denied saying 'we cant exchange as its a second hand' (less than 12 hours its second hand) Tried calling showroom again to different number mentioned outside cycle world board 'Person picked and said wrong number even before i described the problem' then i visited the showroom directly next day to share my concern again but nothing helped as the sales person was now following the company policy by not taking cycle back. I returned home disappointed with damaged cycle. No customer satisfaction here!! I have only one option now, sell the cycle and buy something better else where.

With regard to keysto KS001 cycle for which i paid 11000/- it is bad and not worth the price, same cycle can be purchased for much less price elsewhere. I also feel there is much better cycle you can buy for cheap price that too with gear and disk. End of the day i felt cheated i dont recommend this shop to anyone.
