We are extremely disappointed with the service from Beijing Bites, Banashankari. We had clearly ordered Veg Hakka Noodles, but to our shock, we received non-veg noodles instead. We are strict vegetarians, and one of our friends is Jain, so this mistake is absolutely unacceptable and disrespectful to our beliefs.

To make matters worse, we tried contacting the restaurant multiple times, but no one bothered to answer. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is shocking. We ordered through Swiggy, but the outlet’s response was completely unprofessional.

This is not just a casual error—it deeply impacts people with dietary restrictions and religious sentiments. We are seriously considering taking legal action for this careless mistake.

Despite my clear order for veg butter garlic noodles, they saw fit to deliver non-veg noodles instead.
