I had a really disappointing experience at your store on 21st October, 2025. The staff’s attitude was extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming. Despite a clearly displayed Buy 1 Get 1 beverages offer on the screen, the person at the counter initially denied it, made faces, and only after double-checking reluctantly agreed. Even while taking the order, both staff members behaved dismissively — reacting negatively when we said “no ice,” commenting unnecessarily, and hesitating when I politely asked to add a little sugar since the shake wasn’t sweet enough. They even started gossiping about my request right in front of us.
