Burger was good... Other food and beverage was OK...

Real problem was their pathetic service... Ordered Burgers, Fries with a biggies special sauce and coffee...

Hot coffee comes 1st and the other person waiting for her cold coffee which was served exactly 10 mins later... Waiting for burger, comes after another 10-15 mins but chicken and potato fries were still not there... We got it after the Burger got over... And guess what, the Biggies special sauce was missing... Had to remind them for getting it...

To top it off, we asked for a glass of water... I was having hickups... Waited till my hickups ended, then tried checking why I did not get water at least... Much to my surprise I found out that I was probably disturbing the flow of a very interesting conversation amongst themselves... When asked why I did not get water, they replied the glasses were not washed yet... Entire place had not more than 10-12 members at that time to serve occupying only 3 tables... Liked the taste and portion of this outlet. Burgers are really good and well seasoned. Prices are very decent and taste is far above the expectation. A good substitute to burger kings. Veg options are plenty and a pocket friendly meal conversion option which I suggest to go for. Fries are too good and can be ordered without thinking. Non-veg have more options than veg and a decent to delicious taste range. Their burgers are big in size and enough for hungry stomach. A very good option of refreshing drinks available which are much better compared to other burger competitors. Never to forget the order taking staff are too polite and good behaved. Coming to Ambience and sitting:- A decent sitting place with bit of area outside the premises. Well maintained and clean tables with good lighting. Little disappointed as there was no hand washing option and a not maintained washroom. Also washroom is little between the tables because of small inside...
