It has been 2 years now. Spent a fortune on high end split AC. Relentless issues. Hasn't worked consistently for than a day. We have encountered every kind of issue - water leaking, no cooling etc etc. Different service teams are dispatched everytime. They go through month long testing periods. They will declare that there are gas leaks, PCB issues, outdoor unit, indoor unit faults and so on until they finally give up. The mental strain and time wasted is not worth it. I could have gotten a degree in refrigeration and built an AC from the ground up if my had used this energy productively. Just go with another brand. Even a cheap rs 10,0000 AC is far better than this infernal...

Worst worst worst Customer Support they never respond to quarries on time , I raised compliant 1 week back n still I am waiting to resolve as they promised with in 4 hours of complaint raised , I ask customer to connect me escalation team but they took 30 mins to connect and he purposely repeatedly said hello hello hello n disconnected the call how can they even do this ,

Very poor after sales service. No one should buy their products. It took them 10 days to give us an estimate we are asked to contact Daikin Manager Mr. Karmegam. He most of the time does not respond to phone. We were told to keep our office open on Saturday for repair. No one came or even bothered to respond..
