This place is decent for South Indian breakfast. That's why it's called Tiffins. The menu options are not fancy. We get standard idli dosa Vada and some rice items. Dine in is not an option here. You do have seating for about 6 people. More than 15 people would be a crowd here. You have to walk up a flight of stairs so it's not differently able friendly very old people will find it difficult. The food is good but lacks consistency. Sambar is never on the menu so please be accepting of the fact of having south indian breakfast without Sambar. Vada is best had in the morning. The crisp golden light brown colour will slowly start changing to light dark brown as the day progresses. People who enjoy food should be able to figure out the reason. The spice quotient in the chutney can vary from time to time. Anyway there's only one chutney. Filter coffee is not great shake. Tea is standard fare. Keep your expectations low. You will enjoy the food and...
Read moreLovely place for a quick and tasty bite of pure vegetarian dishes which surely will delight you. They serve idli, dosa plain and masala dosa, kara baath, etc. Mostly the side dish is their cocoanut chutney. Steaming idlies just melt in your mouth in no time. If dabbled in chutney they remind you of your home. Though they don't serve sambar it is light on your stomach and purse/pocket. Roadside parking. Have to climb few steps. You can eat under the trees in front of their shop. Always crowded that shows its reputation. Customers range from small kids to oldies. But all seem to be satisfied. Self service only. Coffee and tea are also available. Prices are very economical. This place is adjacent to Sri Ayyappan temple. Another outlet in the same name functions elsewhere (Jaya nagar). Posted...

It felt like there was a clear bias, with the staff being noticeably rude and dismissive. This kind of behaviour is not only unprofessional but also reflects poorly on the establishment.
Moreover, the quality of the food did not match the hype. The dishes were bland and lacked the authentic flavours I was expecting. Coupled with the poor service and the unsettling atmosphere, this made for an unpleasant visit.
I strongly advise against visiting this place if you value respectful service and good quality food. There are plenty of other options that provide a far better experience without the...
