Best vada pav and chat center if you in and around Arekere. I have been snacking there from a long time. Happy to see they have a bigger shop now. From a very humble beginnings when the shop used to be small but anything you eat their used to taste so good. It had started to be become a regular Adda for many folks in the evening, it used to get so crowded but hats of to those 3 folks who used to prepare stuff as well as take orders and still keep ppl happy with less wait times. They had started to use Paytm as means of transaction and I was happy to see such small vendors doing it compared to many big markets where ppl we still thinking twice to step into digital transaction. So even though they have migrated to bigger shop and with more snack options, I still am surprised to get the same old taste I'm used to. Same quality for the same price even after 3 yrs. Talk abt maintaining standards, many other vendors can learn a few things from them. It doesn't matter where you are from and how to earn you living, if you are capable of provide and maintain the same service over the years people will definitely stick to that and will never forget it. My friend from Mumbai can vouch for their vadapav, he said to me once when I treated him there, "dude this tastes just like my favorite Mumbai vadapav, very few places in Bangalore I've had...

The parking condition is not very good, although they do have kerbside parking, but in limited quantity. If you don't find parking here, you'll have to park in the lanes close by.
The hygiene is quite good, but not the best. The lack of seating space is substituted by standing space sans tables. The price is very reasonable, although they had recently increased it slightly.
Masala Puri seems to be the best seller, followed by Vada Pav. Make sure you convey the desired spiciness for your order in advance.
It can get quite crowded at times, and you'll get an indicator of this right from the street so no need to plan your visit.
Overall, I'd rate this 4/5 and I'm eager to...
Read moreThis place is most famous for two things! 1)Vada pav 2)Samosa. They are the best vadapav and samosa I've ever eaten in Bangalore. They are very affordable at just 12Rs each. They taste fantastic end of story. Freshly made every hour and served piping hot to you, what else would you want. I've been going here for the past 10 years and it's the best. They are available on swiggy too for home deliveries. Also they do undertake bulk orders. Do visit this place and I'm sure you'll not be disappointed. Also carry a water bottle or buy it as things can get spicy or very spicy depending on your capabilities. Parking here can be a challenge for four-wheeler. But it is easily visible from the car.
