Every day, more than 11 million guests visit Burger King restaurants around the world. They do so because BK are known for serving high quality, great tasting and affordable foods. Founded in 1954, BK is second largest fast food Hamburger chain in the world with about 13,000 restaurants operating in 100 countries. The original Home of Whopper their commitment to premium ingredients, signature recipes, family friendly dining experiences is what had defines their brand for more than 50 years.

There are many outlets across the city. This outlet is located in food court of Vega City Mall, Bannerghatta road. They had menu which had varities like King Deals Meals, Veg Classics, Chicken Classics, BK Specials, Xtreme Whopper, Spicy Chicken Wings, King Savers, Desserts & Beverages.

I ordered King's Festive Feast Veg Meal. Meal had 2 Veg Whoppers. 2 BK Sundaes. 1 Cheesy Fries. 2 Regular Pepsi.

• Veg Whoppers - It were not upto the mark. Whoppers were outdated. Bread were not fresh. Patty was deep fried and oily.

• BK Sundaes - Strawberry & Chocolate Softies were BK Sundaes. Both were excellent.

• Cheesy Fries - Fries were not cripsy. Topped with mustard cheese. It had good taste, if fries were more criosy. It would had much tastier.

Overall Burger King is expanding in India with good market strategy. BK is trying all the ways to impress each & every customers. Opening in Vega City Mall is a good option though. I request management to look after taste from the dishes. If they concentrate and improve the taste of the Whoppers. They will make much better business in the locality.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent order. Both the burger and fries were delivered cold and clearly did not seem freshly prepared. It genuinely felt as though the food was made for a previous cancelled order and simply handed to me, which is completely unacceptable.

Adding to this, the restaurant made the delivery partner wait far longer than necessary before handing over the food, which directly affected the delivery time. To make matters worse, when I tried calling the restaurant, the number itself was unreachable and played a message saying “incoming calls are not available on this number.” This is shocking for a brand like Burger King. It gives the impression that either the company is deliberately avoiding customer calls or is so poorly managed that it cannot even maintain a basic recharge for its customer service line. For a global brand, this kind of negligence is beyond unprofessional.

The app originally showed a delivery time of 20 minutes, yet I only received my food after 40 minutes. Let me be clear—this delay was not the fault of the delivery partner, but entirely due to the restaurant’s inefficiency and careless handling of orders.

Considering the poor food quality, delayed service, and the complete lack of customer support, I find this experience extremely frustrating. I strongly request a full refund for this order and expect Burger King to take this feedback seriously, as this level of service is simply...

Crowd & Space 🏢👥 ❌ Always crowded! No matter when you visit, expect a long wait! ⏳ ❌ Space is a bit congested. Finding a seat can be a challenge, especially during peak hours. 🪑🚶‍♂️

Ordering System 🏧🤔 ❌ Only machine-based ordering! No counter orders, which means people who don’t know how to operate the kiosks struggle! 😕👴 ❌ Long waiting time – Since many struggle with the system, the queue moves slowly. 🐢

Cleanliness 🧹🧼 ❌ Needs better upkeep! With such a huge crowd, timely cleaning should be maintained. Tables often remain messy. 😬

Combo Issues & Alternatives 🥤❌ ❌ No flexible combos! If you don’t want a carbonated drink, there’s no option to switch to something else. This was a big letdown! 😑 ✅ McDonald's is better in this case, as they allow you to choose a different combo without soft drinks! 🍔✔️
