Delicious chicken delicacies ies in different forms being served there has been the major attraction of all- young, old and kids to drop in for the food there at all times of the day whether shopping at the mall or not.. The centre is ideally located on the first drop of the escalators as you enter the mall and is actually set up inside the Meenakshi mall complex.. Cleanliness is its forte and Hygenic conditions are maintained at the kitchen as well outside. In fact the KFC Kitchens at all its centres including this invite the customers to take a tour of their kitchens to verify this fact. Food is tasty and staff ultra courteous at all points. Self service is the policy but waiting period after orders are less than 10 min. Being housed in the mall complex the customers can avail of the parking facilities provided for the Mall. For the Non vegetarians its a worth while centre to visit and taste some of the chicken dishes exclusive to the KFC brand and not found with same relishes elsewhere as found here. For the taste and the relishness the rates are reasonable and worth gull...

I ordered 2 chicken rolls which was rs.99 each..taste was worst and staff of kfc royal Meenakshi mall don't know how to serve customer..the roll cold and the tortilla which she used was very hard to chew. she served us stale tortilla and inside it chicken was also stale...they serve stale meal to customer..kfc franchise owner of royal Meenakshi mall should be must visit to check their quality... I replaced chicken roll thrice but stale chappati and chicken was still same...their staff gave only one thin chicken piece in roll that also stale..infact I visited "gottigere"kfc,their staff was very polite and taste of that kfc was awesome I ordered same thing there 2 chicken roll and taste was very good..roll was having 2 chicken pieces in each roll...in royal Meenakshi mall they take huge money but give less amount and stale food..i recommend to go gottigere kfc or other branch of kfc but never go to royal Meenakshi mall kfc.they make customer fool by serving stale food and...

Very bad experience. Firstly, it’s very warm inside. Especially the ordering section where it’s congested and have their hot kitchen. No air conditioning due to Covid is thing of the past, get ahead KFC. Then, the cashier increased my bill by charging for dips that was part of the meal. When asked to refund the money, the cashier was hesitant and tried to cover it with fries or drink. I had to be adamant to get my money back. Also I was not given a bill - the cashier threw it away and couldn’t find it. Something is fishy with this kind of business. Coming to food, it’s just a regular fried chicken you get anywhere now, at a even lower price may be. The signature KFC taste is gone or this outlet doesn’t know to make it. Finally, we sat at the first floor section for dining and there is a considerable delay in clearing tables - unfortunately we have to watch litter on adjacent tables and have food. Wash area was okay but one tap was leaking - criminal...
