So I've visited this place a couple of times now, and here's my review based on my collective experience.
Food: The food is delicious. They have a wide range of options to choose from and I loved everything I've tried. The appetizers, pastas, grills, and pizzas are too good. And if I have to talk about the Pizzas from a Non-Pizzeria pov, they're exceptional. And my favorites are the Red Chicken, Triple Mushrooms (sourdough), and the Ranch Chicken (sourdough). Rich ingredients, distinct flavours, and exquisite taste. Coming to desserts, the Tres Leches, and the Bailey's Irish Pudding were my favourites and they're something I'd recommend if you want a sweet treat! The devil's chocolate cake is too heavy and a little hard in terms of consistency. But it does contain chocolate, and it tastes good.
Coming to the beers, these are the ones I'd recommend. The Coffee Chocolate Beer is a strong brew with an evident coffee flavor and subtle chocolate nuances with minimal bitterness. The Triple Dry-Hopped Tripel is another strong brew with a subtle fruity mango aroma and low bitterness. And my two favorites, the New England IPA and Juicy IPA, they both pack intense tropical fruity aromas and mild bitterness. The Juicy IPA, in particular, has a richer flavor profile and is delightfully easy to drink.
Ambience: I think I actually love the ambience of this place more than the food. It's got this moody vibe and I say this because of the open atmosphere. During my first visit, the sky was clear and it gave the place a mellow vibe. But during my recent visit, the weather was cloudy and the dark clouds added a dramatic effect to the overall vibe. But it still feels cozy with all the warm lights which makes it ideal for an intimate setting as well. There are canopy tents which complement the natural elements, a big screen which provides entertainment, and a pond with what I'm assuming are Aylesbury Ducks which is fun to look at if you love goofy creatures. You can take a lot of great pictures here.
Staff & Service: they're friendly, co-operative, and patient. The service was always excellent.
To summarise everything, this place offers delicious food, excellent service, and a beautiful ambience that creates the perfect atmosphere for almost...
Read moreSpent an entire Sunday at Byg Brewski in Hennur; had an absolutely wonderful time. I've got to share the amazing experience we had!
Sampler Beers: Got to try a variety of beers, including Byg Munich Helles, Byg Hefeweizen, Byg Belgian Wit, Byg Celebration Ale, and Byg Coffee Chocolate Stout. The beer menu was clearly well-thought-out and diverse.
Cocktails: The list of cocktails was intriguing with options like Classic Margarita, Red Wine Sangria, Bramble, and Byg Iced Coffee. Unfortunately, the Sangria fell a bit short of expectations. Providing honest feedback on individual drinks is crucial for both the establishment and future patrons.
Appetizers: The array of appetizers was impressive, covering a range of cuisines and flavors. Byg Brewski's diverse and extensive menu shone through. Tangy pepper fish finger, Popcorn prawns, Karari roti, Thai roasted chili chicken, paneer tikka, Golden calamari rings, Mutton pepper fry, Iranian seekh kebab, Loaded cheese garlic bread, and Red Chicken Pizza – the kitchen's versatility was evident.
Desserts: The dessert selection, featuring Devils Chocolate Cake, Pecan Pie, Five-star Fudge, and Tres Leches, was delightful. The Pecan Pie could use more blueberry cream, though.
Staff and Service:Huge shoutout to Sominath for taking care of all our requests throughout the day. One of our requests was a kitchen tour, and they happily obliged. Chef Jahanghir gave us a detailed tour of Indian, Continental, Italian, Frying, and Tandoor stations. Loved seeing how organized and separate they keep everything for veg and non-veg dishes.
All in all, had an enjoyable visit to Byg Brewski, boasting a diverse selection of beverages, appetizers, and desserts. The staff's attentiveness and willingness to accommodate requests, along with the kitchen tour, made it a memorable experience. Can't...
