Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Coffee is good. Food, though is frozen, which they reheat and give you. I have received stale food once. Customer service and wifi does not justify the price of the coffee.WiFi is down a lot of the times and when it is working, it's pretty slow. Only sometimes do they serve you at your seat - most times you have to place your order at the front desk . Once, coffee had an odd taste; I think the glasses still tasted of soap powder.

Somehow whichever CCD I walk in, they do not give a receipt. I ordered a strong cappuccino+garlic bread. Cost was 395,I gave 500. They gave me back 100 rupees saying 5 rupees I'll give in sometime. Eventually I had to leave I went to get the money back and get a receipt. They took good 5 minutes wasting time before realising I will not leave without a receipt and made a receipt of 345 thinking I will not notice. Such fraudulent mindset! I had the worst experience at Cafe Coffee Day due to the rude behavior of the billing counter person. They were extremely dismissive and unfriendly, making me feel like I was inconveniencing them by ordering and asking questions about the menu. It was as if they didn't care about providing good customer service at all. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and left a sour taste in my mouth. I will definitely not be returning to this cafe again and would advise others to avoid it as well if they want to be treated with respect...
