What went wrong: The food, service, music What's good : The ambiance, desserts and drinks. Must Try: Chicken Yakitori Skewers (Starter), Frasspuccio Meringato (Drink).

Food Ordered: Chicken Yakitori Skewers (Rs 260), Chicken Caesar Salad (Rs 240), Chicken Mayo Sandwich (Rs 250), Grilled Chicken & Mushrooms with Red Onions Pizza (Rs 310), Frasspuccio Meringato (Rs 180) and Jamaica Ice Coffee (Rs 165). Total bill was Rs 1564 ( Rs 1405 + SC 5% Rs 70 and ST 6% Rs 88). Yes! There is no VAT and the service charge seems nicely put. But, I guess it is reflects a lot in the service offered.

Chicken Yakitori Skewers - were lip-smacking and mouth watering. There were only 3 skewers in total which was bit dispiriting wish they put at least 4 considering 1 starter is shared among 2. Initially, seeing those dark patches beacuse of over-cooking I lost hope but, when I took the first bite I decided to add this to the 'Must Try' category. I loved the pepper sprinkled cucumber and raw onion which they served as side dish.

Chicken Caesar Salad - was not great but above average. There were too much of olives which I hated the most. Since we both dont like olives we literally spend time separating the olives first before digging in. The crunchy croutons were crunchy at one side and felt like bread pieces on the other side. Overall the salad was well packed with fresh lettuce, chicken, cherry tomato and the quantity made it worth for the price. I felt like the vinaigrette failed blending in properly as the sourness level was bit on the elevated side.

Chicken Mayo Sandwich - is my friend's favorite, but, for me it felt like an overpriced sandwich with a filling which felt nothing but bland in mouth. There was no special dip served along other than a small cup of tomato ketchup.

Grilled Chicken & Mushrooms with Red Onions Pizza - Oh Boy! I bet there are lots of other pizza places in town which serves better pizzas for this price. This one also felt bland and there was no particular taste other than the over poured cheese. Even the way it was served failed to create an impression on me. There were of course all the ingredients but was overturned in the amalgam of bread and cheese. Help yourself with the tomato sauce to finish this one off.

Jamaica Ice Coffee - was bitter in the beginning as the bottom portion was espresso. It got sweet when I mixed the Ice cream, Whipped cream and chocolate syrup. I advise you to do the same even though it compromises the looks.

Frasspuccio Meringato - This is a must try and I loved the way they made it. It was a well made combination of Espresso, Milk, Ice Cream, Dark Chocolate Cream, Chocolate Syrup, and Meringue.

Ambiance: The place has got a nice ambiance and it is a dazzling sight for anyone passing by but there comes a point where you might feel its a bit over lit. Wish they could reduce the number of bulbs in those huge over head lamps. There was A/C indoor seating, normal outdoor seating and one more outdoor seating which was smoking friendly.

What went wrong: The service seemed very good in the beginning as we were sitting in the smoking area. Then as the smell of cigarettes got unbearable we moved to the outdoor seating which was at the entrance. Since then we were kind of abandoned. Now I know why they have only charged 5% instead of 10% on Service Charge.

The tracks they were playing were not safe for children. It's not a pub/bar and there were kids in there and 'Needed Me' by Rihanna felt bit inappropriate. We even raised this concern to the manager in there and he promised he will take a look into it.

The food was average, something which I will not expect from a place which has its roots back at Italy. Looking at the other reviews, it’s not just me who has the similar experience with the food. I am sure it is a nice place to have coffee and sweets and spend a great evening. It has the ambiance, it has the staff, it has parking area, it has dishes which are reasonably priced so, I strongly urge the management to do something to make the food...

The place is well situated in the HSR and the vicinity around is also good. You have to struggle sometimes to reach this location with google Maps though. However it is better that you do an advance booking of this place using Apps such as Dineout or Easy Diner so you get the discount as well the seat. The drinks and food quality here are average. So do jot expect something very good. Its an average restaurant and the quality is also average. You can have this place to stop by and spend some time with friends. The seating is also limited. You have an indoor seating and some sort of out door but there are mosquitoes around so please beware.

You can explore nearby places as well here. The road side 99 kinds of Dosas are awesome. Trust my words. I know many of you hygiene freaks may not would like to try the outside open food but trust me it is much better than what they serve inside. I have given this rating just for the ambience they have.

You may face difficulties in letting your cab driver navigate to this location as at times they tend not to come at this place and would ask you to walk down at their stop location. So if you a new person here then you will have to gace this issue as you may also be not sure as to which direction you need to walk. An out and out eatery on the sidelines of residential HSR area. The location is perfect for a cafe and the construction is ideal for their set up. Very warm ambience. They have a separate smoking section- open area for smokers to enjoy their food and drinks with their smoke.

The place was immaculate and we were offered to choose our seats. There is adequate non smoking outside seating area too.

The tables and chair are well designed.the staff are very helpful. They helped us with order selection, quantity and even offered suggestions.

All in all the experience was amazing and definitely visiting again, very soon.
