Edit: i took one pastry piece and it is almost dry, and there is no taste of cake. They never change and people never stop, ordering and enjoying stale cakes from here. One of the worst places to order cake from, please try to stop ordering of cake is not fresh once, until then they won't change. And don't go by the positive reviews, mostly false, as if you observe, most of the reviewers have made one or 2 reviews only, suggesting they either for very impressed and reviewed or they r made up.

Old: Most of the time I order, I get stale and old cakes, if You get fresh ones they taste excellent, but one have to be lucky to get fresh ones. I ordered around 7 times more than half of the orders I got stale cakes, they don't try to maintain any standard, I don't think they bother about customer satisfaction, like once or twice it is ok, but it is very regular affair here to give stale cakes. If management is seeing this message, please act on it, this mahadevpura outer ring road outlet is just now upto mark, I love the taste of fresh cakes here but annoyed at repeated stale cakes, hope they change...

Well Done for ruining my day again! It was mostly my fault that I trusted your service and ordered Cake (#cz563176)from you on such an eventful day. Previously this happened on my wife's anniversary when I had to call at midnight and get status to which I was updated next day that ypu guys can't deliver.

Last time I was convinced and promised by your service manager that this will not repeat but all was just words with no meaning behind.

I ordered at around 5 pm today and paid delivery charges. CakeZone guys are calling at 11 pm that delivery can't happen. If I need it, cake will be sent by 2 am. Isn't it day making news!! If you are incompetent to take orders at least have professionalism to report it in time. I could have purchased from nearby...

Cake Order Id # cz757722 - Yesterday dtd. 20.08.2019 I had ordered Cake for my in-laws 30th year marriage anniversary. I have always thought cake zone would be the best option for those who are not able to go to the cake shop n order since I have already ordered so many cakes in the cake zone before. But they really made me so disappointed by delivering the worst cake ever. The cake was totally different(Bad decoration) compared to what was shown in the picture when I was ordering. I have attached the photos too. The worst part was they wrote 'HAPPY BIRTHDAY' instead of 'HAPPY ANNIVERSARY' even though I informed them what to write during order. They totally ruined our celebration. So worst! I'm so disappointed and decided never to order...
