Royal Biryani House — Restaurant in Bengaluru

A much needed dine-out place in my area. There are few more but on the road which almost forms a hysteresis curve on the map and thankfully this one is less than a km away from my home.

Have done a take-away a number of times, mostly the veg hyd Biryani, a few starters of the like and also VHB in bulk on new year's eve.

Quality: 4 Apart from the grease, the items are spot-on on all counts

Service: 3.75 A bit lacking in local language, but hey that is acceptable only in Bangalore :P Anyways, they do their job and cant expect too much nor too less

Quantity: 4.75 For the amount paid to the quality and considering the location, this one is just a huge VFM. One would never leave thinking, I think I paid a bit more for what it deserves.

Taste: 4.25

Ambience: 4 Hard to maintain cleanliness in the area, but this joint a feet off the main road, does a brilliant job

Variety: 3.75 I somehow feel, there is a clear lacking here compared to their competition, but I am sure that is not a real decision factor here. Almost like a darshini style of hassle-free take-away experience and better done with few items than run with too many items with a bad-taste

Consistency: 4

Price: 4.75 Other than empire I have almost not seen big establishments with such excellent pricing, quantity and taste

If one is in this area, I would suggest this option as the others pale a bit compared to this one. However the test of time is also something I think these guys will need to...
