I have been CHEATED by the staff at this store! Despite being a regular customer, Iâve only now realized that Iâve been taken advantage of all this time. Every time I return to my hometown, I make purchases worth at least 2k from this store. However, each time I pay, they never provide a printed bill and assure me that Iâll receive the bill as a message on my phone. Yet, I never received any bills. Today, when I bought directly from the FirstCry website, I received a cashback for my purchase.
I discovered the reason I never received a bill was that theyâve been recording all my purchases under their registered email and phone number, thus pocketing my cashback points. The culprits behind this dishonest behavior are a short lady who always wears a uniform and greets with a seemingly fake smile, and another middle-aged lady with spectacles at the billing counter. Itâs disappointing to be betrayed by those who seemed friendly.
I urge everyone to be cautious: always request a printed bill when making purchases here. Ensure that your phone number and email address are correctly listed on the bill to receive the cashback points which can be used when making further purchases from any FisrtCry outlet or website.
Such cheap mentality not only cost them a loyal customer but will likely discourage many others from purchasing from this outlet.

I recently visited the FirstCry store with high expectations, assuming it would reflect the brandâs reputed online service â but unfortunately, my experience was completely opposite. From the moment I entered, the staffâs attitude was shockingly unprofessional. There was no proper greeting, no willingness to assist, and customers were being ignored as if their presence did not matter.
When I asked for support in reviewing a product properly before purchase, the staff behaved very rudely. They clearly showed irritation and even mentioned that it was a âwaste of their timeâ to unbox and explain the product in detail. This kind of statement from a customer-facing team was not just disappointing but highly disrespectful. Their approach made it very clear that they were not interested in serving customers at all â in fact, they behaved as if helping customers was a burden on them.
The store management clearly lacked basic customer service standards. There was no one taking responsibility or showing professionalism in handling queries. FirstCry is a store meant for parents shopping for their little ones â the least one would expect is respectful behaviour and proper assistance, especially when it comes to baby products that require careful understanding before buying.
This visit honestly made me rethink the trust I had in the brand. If FirstCry wants to maintain its reputation, they seriously need to train their staff in basic service etiquette, communication, and customer care. A store experience should make a customer feel valued, not insulted or dismissed.

Since I don't have reply option iam editing my answer..i didn't came to hangout in ur store..i wanted to select and choose various products ..and I have already selected 2 products and added to the cart and for your genuine and kind information i am in ur store for around 10-15 mins..also i am on the phone for the third product at the very time u came and asked me to sit.. so don't through vague and false remarks on customers..and your staff didnt showed me any product .. ur lady staff is just asking me what I want without even giving me a chance to look..and you're reply for blocking ur way for arrangement of ur so called things shows ur attitude..i came very excited to shop for my niece but ur attitude disappointed my whole evening..any ways all the best for ur shop..i just gave an genuine review..take it or throw it..i am not the one going to effected if ur behaviour towards customers...
