WarmOven — Restaurant in Bengaluru

They sell stale cakes. I ordered chocolate truffle & it was so hard that you can't cut it with a spoon easily. The cake was not worth even RS.100.The cake available in the local bakery tastes far far better. Believe me they fool you by sending a normal week old cakes by just adding the cream on top. The cake I received was not all a chocolate truffle. I can't even define the taste of the thing they sent which cannot be called a cake. The delivery takes more than 2 hours of what they commit, the delivery time I selected was between 2-4 & the contract number shared for delivery twice, was not answered & the delivery guy calls by 6 PM that too 1km far from the location saying they are at the location. In this process every time when I called for an update they say the cake will be delivered in 30 minutes which never happened.

I immediately raised a complaint to their customer care & sales team and yet to get a response.

NOTHING CAN FIX THE EMOTIONAL DAMAGE AND DISTRESS CAUSED BY THESE PEOPLE, THEY JUST RUINED OUR SPECIAL DAY.

PLEASE DON'T ORDERED ANYTHING FROM HERE, YOU WILL END UP RUINING PRECIOUS MOMENTS OF YOUR LOVED ONES AND DONT RISK YOUR HEALTH BY EATING THE STALE FOOD. ON TOP OF EVERYTHING YOU WILL WASTE YOUR VALUABLE...

I have a serious situation with Warm oven and after so many follow ups I reached no resolution stage and this is what forced me to write here. I placed 2 orders from 7th November to 24th May and both turned to be disaster for me. First one we couldn't get cake till 10 PM even though delivery time was 6 PM and cake was half cooked I didn't mention this last time thought it can be a situation but again when I ordered on 24th May prepaid order... IT NEVER DELIVERED NOR GOT ANY REFUND.. ON TOP OF IT GET WORST TREATMENT FROM SUPPORT PERSON. He mentioned call Swiggy and give him instruction to reach you , I said why are telling this to me so late..and why should I follow delivery is your responsibility.. I tried reaching helpline number with no response. I dont want to make any fuss but just want to ask a genuine question that people order cakes to make their day special ... why do you take orders if warm oven team decided to ruin the day.. We always liked cakes from warmoven ..but looks like warmoven doesn't value customers. So do let me know whom can I connect to get the refund of non...

Really disappointed the way I have received the cake. Ordered a cake online through their website but Looks you guys are champions of spoiling the moments...

Cake was completely spoiled Cherry's were off the cake Carry Bag was looking like it has already used for multiple deliveries Message was messed completely Cake was dislocated Delivery happened at 4pm. No sense of choosing a slot 2-4pm On raising question on delayed delivery, delivery boy informed that it was baked late so he can't do anything about it

Please consider this as our last order... Not going to avail the services in...
