CatchUp- Club, Brew House and Rooftop HSR Layout Bangalore — Restaurant in Bengaluru

We recently visited this Catch-up, and the worst experience ever in a pub. I used to visit this place often before they started to renovate, it was good earlier. So i thought it would be better than before and tried this place.

1. The menu was paper printout - we asked why not the proper menu, they said stupidly that they have given an order for printing and it will come next week 😂
2. They have lot in menu but not in the kitchen - We spent some time to order starters and then ordered and whatever we choosen were not there and we were supposed to compromise - Then we thought of leaving the place - But they brought the tower beer by that time, manager asked like tower can we have already made it ready, and can't be cancelled now, he literally asked on face that to finish this and then leave - rude behaviour
3. Basic beer drinks are not there but it's there in Menu
4. Server - we need to remind them again and again to bring the order - and they just bring it and put it on the table - not serving to our plates
5. Last but not least - Bill They gave us a handwritten bill and that too billing name is not Pub Name - No GST was printed but they added some random money as Tax - We asked him sir this is not GST bill and why tax, this is just a paper bill we can also write it even better than you and give you Then they just wrote a GST number on the same paper and gave it to us. Wasted our time and money by going there and so spending 5 mins more, just with concern that others please don't waste your valuable time and Money...

The place is good but 1 star rating for the staff behaviour and kind of service provided. They have happy hours till 7PM everyday including weekends where the cost of a tower beer is Rs. 700/- We visited this place on a Saturday post 6:45 PM, the entry was free and once we entered inside we spoke with the staff about the offer and they said you can avail it so please be seated updated and place the order there. We got seated upstairs and placed our order before 7 PM itself but the staff over there was so rude and was denying us the offer saying that in-order to avail you need to place orders before 6:45 PM. He made us wait for long and at-last post 7 we spoke with the manager he too was denying the offer and said that they had changed the offer and the timings which were posted in-front of the place needs to be changed after a long conversation he let us avail the offer. We placed our order for a tower beer and french fries, they initially served us the french fries and post waiting for around 10-15 mins they served us with beer. The staff who denied us the offer was not even bothering to come to our side or even look at us. So guys if you have plans to visit this place kindly visit before time or just call them before going and confirm if the offer is still ongoing.
