I usually dine at your restaurant and also order food online from time to time. However, today’s experience was extremely disappointing and concerning.

We visited your restaurant and ordered ghee rice, tandoori, lollipop, and biryani rice. Shockingly, we found a fried fly/insect in the lollipop dish. We immediately called the waiter and brought it to his attention. His response was dismissive—he claimed that this happens due to rain and asked us to "ignore it." This is completely unacceptable, especially given the health risks and the price we are paying for our food.

When we raised the issue with the manager, he repeated the same excuse instead of taking proper responsibility. As a result, we had to leave the food unfinished.

This kind of unhygienic food preparation and unprofessional attitude from the staff is shocking and disappointing. Telling customers to "ignore" an insect in the food because it’s rainy is not only disrespectful but dangerous. If you are okay serving this to your customers, maybe you should try eating it yourself first.

We expect better hygiene, accountability, and customer service from any professional establishment. I sincerely hope this is taken seriously and appropriate action is taken to ensure this does not happen again.

Worst experience ever had in my life. We don't eat non-veg except eggs That's why we ordered one egg roll and one paneer roll, since it is wrapped we couldn't see what was inside, instead of giving the egg roll they gave chicken roll and I ate it unknowingly. Even after questioning they don't bother at all. They simply don't take that seriously. And replied nothing will happen we will replace it. Such a shameful behaviour. I told I will complaint and they're like do whatever you want. And even in egg biryani we got chicken piece. Such a worst restaurant and worst management. Complete waste of money. I suggest please don't go there. Especially vegetarians and eggtarins. Do have some humanity 😡. First change your title of the restaurant. And give option for the feedback and complaints.
