Had higher expectations - didn’t go there to have stone cold Samosa , Vada Pav and Crispy bread pakoda. Lassi was okay.
Pros : low prices on the menu , attractive branding
Cons : one Samosa, Vada Pav , Crispy Pakoda and regular Lassi costed me ₹75, prices don’t add up.
They don’t endeavor to feed customer warm (forget hot piping) snacks. Can’t microwave it for 10 seconds before serving ?
Vada Pav is just a potato-Vada stuffed into slit Pav - NO red coconut dry chutney !! What !! It’s there in your store photo right on the menu - so dont tell me “we don’t serve red chutney, instead make do with red sauce”. Fried green chilly is saving grace.
Hygiene - while I was attacking my snacks , the server walked across the street to the pan shop and stuffed his mouth with Gutka and strolled back behind the serving counter. HOW is this acceptable for the management - certainly not for me !
I am skipping this place and going back to the extremely expensive ₹35 Samosa just 500m ahead of this place - unless something changes in next few weeks 🙏🏾
Last observation - use more eco friendly plastic or steel plates , instead of the 100s of paper plates...
