The illusion Cafe — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Went along with my girl to spend some good peaceful time after a tough day, It's an absolute amazing pretty CUTEST place. Loved the white and blue theme and the ambience is really cozy and pleasant with lot of green plants around.... photogenic decor. They have both open air as well as closed seating areas....compatible for both family and youngsters. Weekends are too crowded.

I was quite impressive with the menu which has lot of options. We tried : *Blue curacao "Rasberry Mojito *Barbaresca Pasta *Honey Chilli Potatoes *Illusion Special Pizza *Bruschetta *Stuffed Mushroom *Crispy Corn *Sizzler Brownie

*The mocktails were quite refreshing to palate. *Chef's recommended dish 'Stuffed Mushroom' was absolutely a SHOWSTOPPER. *Barbaresca Pasta was AH-MAZING and flavourful. *Crispy Corn and Illusion Special Pizza were tasted TOP-NOTCH. *Honey Chilli Potatoes was a star though *Ended the meal with a satisfying dessert Sizzler Brownie, it was absolutely soothing.

Great applause to chef Neeraj Singh Bandari who deserves a pat on back. The general manager Mr. Kumar hosted and showed us remarkable hospitality and made us feel quite at home. Humble and extremely polite staff made the visit really relaxing and enjoyable. They all for sure deserve brownie points for this.

Points to be noted : *Own branded bottled water. *Portions were adequate. *Really quick service. *Extremely polite staff....Mr. Rahul served us with his extra smile. *Decent prices

The downsides are : *There are a few local mosquitos....little disturbing, to avoid them, be prepared to dress up accordingly 😇. *Improvisation on hygiene and COVID protocols. Hope you guys get that fixed...

Overall it's a great experience to dine in here....a great place for parties, weekend outings, casual meets and get-togethers. It’s worth every penny spending on this place. The place gets warmly lit, after the sunset....so i would advise to go during evenings as the ambience is great...

The food doesn't justify in any way for what they charged me. This is the only cafe type of restaurant in that area as far I know. So Ppl are getting looted without knowing what they are ordering in my personal view. I saw some 5 star reviews and and visited as it was near by, but it doesn't make sense once I tasted their food. We ordered 2 dish Mushroom stuffed Sizzlers are super bad Jalepeno cheese balls are super duper bad.

I had no idea, all these days they were selling 2Rs aalu bonda with crunchy effect calling it as cheese balls with no cheese in it. I had asked them to reconsider this dish and make a proper one..they just mixed piece of cheese to aalu masala and made a crunchy bonda and gave us as jalepeno cheese balls costing 200Rs+tax.

Sizzler is soo soo bad . I thought they'll put some signature baked sauce for those 4 tinny mushroom stuffed balls instead i recieved heated tomato sauce as topping which did hit my face. I forced myself to eat as it was soo costly. And I don't like wasting food for my mistake costing 500Rs+ tax

I won't advise the restaurant who cheats with dish name, instead I advise ppl to wake up and start exploring other restaurants Azure Cafe (for sizzlers), Red Rhino( for jalepeno cheese balls), Glens ( For green sauce pasta) with justifying and reasonable price as far...

Cafe The Illusion! This place in Rajajinagar is a bomb. A simple rooftop is turned into a fantastic picturesque location. There is an illusion with green and blue which is so calm and soothing! Al fresco dining, fantastic service and good food is what you can expect here. Seating on the swing turned to be my favourite.

Coming to the food, they have good mocktails all over. Food has Indian influence and more of a Desi Chinese vibe. The Cream of Mushroom soup was my favourite, hints of garlic and cream with bits of mushrooms sound amazing. The Malai broccoli was much on a creamier side. The chilli cheese toast is a classic from any menu of a cafe! Jalapenos and pepper stuffed with cheese and herbs, baked together! What a beauty this is. Mushroom 65 stole my heart, a perfect Desi Chinese indulgence. The presentation of the Pan Fried Spring Rolls was amazing, that you dip it in a spicy mayo, it's perfect

For dessert we had the sizzling brownie, again a classic which couldn't go wrong. A beautiful place with amazing service, our waiter Swagath was very well mannered and catered to all...
