Wish I could give minus here... A big no if you're planning to dine here.. there's no long run life for this restaurant. I bet a street food is more hygienic and service oriented.
We had gone for dinner, I will say I really didn't have much expectations from this restaurant. They are understaffed, no experience. For water I have asked like N number of times. There are cockroaches coming out of barbecue grill. Leaking roof. They never refilled our barbecue, even after so many times requesting them. There is no assigned person for any table. They are so confused, if u request them asking anything, they won't turn up until u exit.
Coming to food, quality is super bad. Extremely disappointed. Food is not hot, cake smells bad. Everything is super cold. No proper presentation of food. Biryani was so salty. Ice cream was not refrigerated properly, it melted within two minutes after taking out. I had ordered pizza, it never came.
Believe me, if u really wanna test ur patience and money. This is the place.
If u really wanna know the service and customer value of Barbecue Nation or AB's, you're free to come to this place. God such a disgusting experience.
I usually don't give bad reviews if I don't like anything in any of place I visit, until it's like this. A huge disappointment and big letdown.
I request all food reviewers to not give paid reviews. Have some ethnics. People believe in you and visit restaurants. You will get food and money in return. For real people like us, we go to have some good food and ambience, an escape from our daily routines. Don't...
Read moreCockroaches, Tasteless Food, and Appalling Service - AVOID! My recent visit to this barbecue restaurant was an utter disappointment and frankly, quite revolting. Despite the hype about a "wide variety of delicious dishes" and and "fun, interactive dining," my experience was anything but. The most disturbing issue was the cockroach infestation. I personally killed three cockroaches, and witnessed a food blogger at a nearby table also stamping on them – a clear indication this isn't an isolated incident. The fact that professional food bloggers, who will likely gloss over this in their reviews, experienced the same, is alarming. Beyond the insect problem, the food was shockingly tasteless. For a place boasting an extensive menu, the lack of flavor was inexcusable. To add insult to injury, the cups provided were visibly dirty and no proper spoons were available. This complete disregard for hygiene and basic dining essentials is unacceptable. The service was equally abysmal. Despite informing the manager about these serious issues, my concerns were dismissed. It was evident the staff's priority was catering to "Swathi and a few more bunch of bloggers," completely neglecting paying customers like myself. This favoritism, especially when coupled with such a lack of basic sanitation and food quality, is infuriating. What was supposed to be a "great place for family gatherings and birthday celebrations" turned into a night of disgust and regret. This restaurant is a total waste of money and I strongly advise prospective diners to...
