Cuppa Redefined - HSR Layout's Neighbourhood Cafe & Restaurant — Restaurant in Bengaluru

My recent visit to Cuppa Redefined, Bengaluru was a disappointing experience overall, and I feel compelled to share detailed feedback to help both the management and future visitors.

Food Quality & Quantity: The food was the biggest letdown. I genuinely didn’t enjoy the taste of any of the items we ordered. On top of that, the quantity was very minimal compared to the pricing. The value for money simply wasn’t there, and I would rate the food zero stars based on my experience.

Misleading Service Charge: When I brought up the issue of the service charge being added to our bill, I was told it was because we had played pool. This was absolutely untrue. We were only there to take photos and did not play pool at all. Charging for a service not used is highly unprofessional and misleading.

Poor Ambience & Lighting: The overall vibe and lighting of the place need serious improvement. The café felt dark and uninviting. The poor lighting took away from the ambience and aesthetics that people usually expect in a place like this. In a city known for its vibrant café culture, this kind of dull and unappealing environment was a major letdown.

Menu Inconsistency & Misleading Expectations: One of the major reasons we chose this place was because of the extensive menu shown on Google. However, upon scanning the QR code menu at the café, many of those items were not available at all. There was no communication or disclaimer like “Discontinued” or “Currently Unavailable” on the scanned menu. This felt misleading, as we came with expectations based on the online menu and were surprised and disappointed to find limited or missing options. If certain items are not available anymore, it’s essential to update both your digital presence and the menu accordingly.

Final Thoughts: As a customer, I don’t mind paying a price if the food, service, and atmosphere justify it. However, Cuppa Redefined failed to deliver on all fronts—taste, ambience, transparency, and customer experience. Based on my visit, I cannot recommend this place, and I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works toward improving the overall experience.

I have visited in the evening time. The ambience is so fresh with antique furniture which are like 4-5 decades ago ones. Everything is prepared fresh and very minimal frozen ones usage which i loved it. ✨BURGERS - Extensive varieties ✨Pizzas - You can find the best pizzas here which are of Chicago style (5 layered pizza) ✨Desserts - I tried Stuffed cheese cake with Mysore Pak base. One of the best seller here. By the time we reached there almost everything was sold out. Must try And many more desserts are also available ✨ICE - TEAS are also must try. I tried hibiscus tea just amazing ✨ You can also work from here, have the WiFi facilities . Seen many people working here ✨ Billiards and free indoor board games are also there where you can play, eat, work & chill.

In one word - Truly redefining dining experience I can give 5/5...

I feel good to write positive reviews, coz it will give a positive feeling to the person reading and the person who owns the place.

I chose to visit cuppa redefined randomly without much expectation and a thought that it's going to be just another coffee place. Oh man, I was totally wrong!!

Positive points : 1 : It has an extensive menu and various cuisine, atleast 10 pages. 2: All the items mentioned in the menu are available. 3: Waiter know the menu by heart and he can even suggest what is good in that menu. :) 4: They are quick to serve after taking orders. Damn tasty. Good ambience Nice background music They have card games to play, which myself and my wife enjoyed playing with our 8 yr old.
