I recently visited Daily Sushi, the newly opened food outlet in RMZ Ecoworld 3.0 Marketplace. It's important to note that this is more of a food court-style setup, so don't go expecting a fine dining experience.
In terms of the food, it's a good option if you're looking to try sushi. However, I must mention that the prices are on the higher side compared to other food court setups, but the taste of the food definitely justifies the cost.
One thing to keep an eye on is that they add a service charge without informing you, so make sure to double-check your bill and request a refund if you prefer not to pay the service charge. Personally, I find it unnecessary for a food court setup, and I'm not sure why they include it.
On the bright side, the menu is quite different, and the person at the billing counter was patient in explaining the items in detail and even recommended dishes based on our preferences. We ended up ordering the Spicy Salmon Maki Roll, Prawn Tempura Tonkotsu Ramen, Pork Chashu Ramyun, and a Beef Bulgogi Bento box.
The Spicy Salmon Maki Roll was a standout; everyone at our table thoroughly enjoyed it. The Prawn and Pork Ramen dishes were also delicious.
In summary, Daily Sushi provides a satisfying dining experience if you're open to trying different types of food. Despite the service charge issue, the tasty food and unique menu offerings make it...

I had a deeply unpleasant experience at Daily Sushi that left me feeling humiliated and discriminated against. Just because I wasn’t speaking English at the counter and behaved like a normal common man, and told him I have never tried this food earlier, a staff member appeared to misjudge me entirely. He called me to the counter to collect my order, but while I was still waiting for the remaining items, he spoke to me in a sarcastic tone and said, “Come later for the second item,” effectively making me come to the counter twice.
Meanwhile, I noticed a stark contrast in his behavior toward another table with a group of posh-looking guests. Another staff member was attending them with excessive politeness, bowing after every sentence in what seemed like an attempt to mimic Japanese cultural gestures.
It’s not about wanting high-class treatment—it’s about expecting basic respect and equal service. When I confronted the staff member about his behavior, he just smiled without offering any explanation, which only added to the discomfort.
Discrimination in any form is unacceptable, and I hope the management addresses such...
