Popeyes - Famous Louisiana Chicken — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Just yesterday I had made an order from Popeyes, through Zomato. The restaurant never delivered my order, and did not give me a full refund either! Their manager whose phone number I managed to get hold of, only from Zomato app after placing the order, had picked my call once, but did not provide any good assistance later. It had been over 1 and half hour since I placed the order, and the only thing that he told me is that he will have someone from the restaurant call me, only to never get any call. ordered 9 different items on 14th Nov, 2023, after consuming 30% of those, I started having vomiting and diarrhoea like condition. Except the burger, all the other items were completely TASTELESS, and the tandoori chicken was UNCOOKED inside.

I gave a bad feedback, one person called me from Popeyes - He told me that it is not their fault - may be something went wrong, and he justified saying many things which I did not understand.

Extremely disappointing experience. I placed an order through Swiggy, and the restaurant took more than 2 hours to deliver the food — and I live just 2 km away! This is completely unacceptable. It's not a one-time issue either — this delay seems to be the norm, not an exception.

If you're hungry and expecting timely service, avoid this place. They clearly have no regard for customers' time. No updates, no proper communication, just an endless wait. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from here — you might be...
