Super Townhouse BTM Layout Near Madiwala Lake Formerly Q Rooms — Hotel in Bengaluru

Very poor service never gone visit again. -1st time I entered in hotel they provided me room , when I checked room that room was not set , room was not cleaned. I complaind to receptionist and requested them to give me 2nd room after 10min they provided me 2nd room. when I was entered in 2nd room same situation is there room was not cleaned and washbasin is not working... After complaind the same they provided me 3rd room. which Was very pathetic... I booked this hotel for 4days and 3night. In that day tv was not working , actually reacharge was not done.. but hotel staff was saying their is technical issue. they didn't came for room cleaning After 6 to 7 times calling they sended one housekeeping she only cleaned the room.. bedsheet comfoter was not changed.. imagine I stayed their and using old used comfoter and bedsheets those 4days. oyotownhouse providing complimentary breakfast but they didn't provide me. also they charged money from me for water bottle, in townhouse complimentary water bottle was provided then why they charged me??? in afternoon sleeping time they did construction work in hotel the sound was so loud because of that we got headache. my fiancee was not feeling well , canceld bus booking and did rebooking after 4hrs . Hence I planned to stay their more 4hrs, I requested them to extend my checkout hrs i will pay extra money for that, but they didn't agree on that..the receptionist leady told me you have to checkout now they can't help me. This is Oyo service?? for that situation I booked another hotel for only more 4hrs. Because I'm new in banglore and I don't have to any option to go anywhere with fiancee who is not feeling well. So i decided to left this hotel. Seriously I never seen this kind of worst hotel No wifi , No tv ,No laundry, No irron machine No complimentary breakfast , No complimentary water. Address is wrong. If you want to spoil your mood and travel plan come and stay here. Seriously...

Our recent visit to Bangalore with family led us to choose Oyo Townhouse for our stay, and we were delighted with our decision. Initially planning for a brief visit, the exceptional service and warm hospitality compelled us to extend our stay for a couple of weeks.

The positive online reviews were indeed accurate, as the management and staff at Oyo Townhouse went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their availability and helpfulness throughout our stay were commendable, making us feel valued and well taken care of.

Tilak and Mohammed, the managers, deserve special recognition for their outstanding service. Their prompt assistance and friendly demeanor added a personal touch that made our experience truly memorable. The regular cleaning routines upheld the highest standards, and the staff's efficiency in addressing our requests was impressive.

We were pleasantly surprised by the owners, Mr. Prasad and Mr. Kishore, who made us feel like part of their extended family. Their genuine friendliness and welcoming nature created an inviting atmosphere that made us want to return. Their personal involvement added an extra touch of warmth to our stay.

P.S: I am writing this review while sitting in my room at Oyo Townhouse, on our third visit to this remarkable city.

OTH 264 is a great stay and I would like to rate nothing less than 5*, because of the following reasons. Pros: Certainly pocket friendly for a beautiful 3 star category hotel like this, and in such a premium location, as compared to all the other options in the vicinity. The sense of trust that OTH264 has created because of the women’s presence in the front desk and them welcoming with a warm smile during check-in says the class of the hotel. This is really helpful especially when you are travelling to a new place. Rooms are well maintained and clean, and that’s where the hotel management is leaving no stone unturned when it comes to hygiene of the place. You are allowed legally to park your 2/4 wheeler towards the hotel all along the road and that’s a big big relief in a city like bangalore. Great WiFi connectivity makes my work uninterrupted and alive at work. Ease of finding the property among a lot of other accommodations listed in the travel sites. Easy check-in and check-out process makes me feel like a King & trust me I love that part. Cons: Fully functional restaurant would make this property complete, though they are providing breakfast in the morning and also allowing the swiggys and zomatos to deliver the food till...
