Extremely Disappointing Experience with Domino's Basweshwarnagar Branch

I recently placed an order with the Domino's Basweshwarnagar branch, expecting delivery within the 15-20 minutes as indicated by the app. However, 20 minutes passed with no update on my order. Attempts to contact the branch were futile as the phone number provided was switched off. This raises the question: why provide a contact number if it is not operational?

Moreover, the inability to cancel the order online added to my frustration, as cancellation requires calling the branch, which was unreachable. After 40 minutes, a delivery executive was finally assigned. To my dismay, the delivery executive remained at the restaurant for an additional 10-15 minutes without any apparent reason.

Ultimately, my order arrived after 50-55 minutes. The delivery executive offered various excuses and expected me to accept the order despite the extensive delay. This experience was utterly disappointing and unacceptable.

I hope you take immediate steps to address these issues to prevent such poor service...

Every time you order online, these people first update the order status as delivered even before the delivery guy comes out. We've to continuously follow up with the store because they won't usually pick up the phone.. Even if by God's grace someone picks up they'll tell that the order is on the way.. But the actual fact is that it'll be lying there itself in the store.. Later after some 10-15 Minutes you'll get a message that order is out for delivery.. Then if you track the order the delivery guy will be going to other address and if you call him, he'll coolly reply that our order will be served next. Then after another 10-15 Minutes this guy will go to store, pick up the order and then will call you for address.. Finally you'll be served with cold cold pizza which was prepared half an...

I recently ordered a pizza from Domino's, and I have to say that I was very impressed with both the quality of the pizza and the level of service I received. The pizza arrived hot and fresh, and the toppings were generous and delicious.
