Utterly pathetic service! I had ordered a veg and non veg pizza. Both were veg. The chatbot on the app is terrible, it says it will a resolution in 24hrs. What am i to do for 24hrs? It gave me the store number and i called them. One employee called Raghu, gave me his personal number to share the proof that it was wrong. I sent it to him via whatsapp. He admitted it was wrong and promised to send me a new pizza. I waited for an hour. When i called back, they kept putting me on hold and cutting the call and when they see my number. I called from another number and they picked up and cut it aftee i told them my order number #304. Dominos has been repeatedly cheating their customer and do not call back when the issue is raised on the app. (ticket ID is 8562704). Please look into this and give me call back as soon as possible or i will have to take this to consumer our. Do not ask me to write so some email ID, i didn't get a reply. I went to outlet today at 03:30pm. There was an employee (female) asked me to order from app. I don't have app in my phone and asked to take order. However the employee refused and asked to scan the QR code that was on a glass. The employee want me to order from my end only. If this is the case why do we need to walk up to outlet?

I scanned but there was error saying something went wrong nd the employee did not take the order.

If I have app why should I come to outlet? There is pizza hut, burger king, KFC next to this outlet and so Many other restaurants but I did not go anywhere and came to Domino's but very poor service I was so hungry after long travel and wanna have pizza hut the employee's response was so bad I CAME BACK WITHOUT HAVING Extremely disappointed cannot forget this...

They are promisisig to deliver in 20 minute. Arriving with wrong delivery boy after 30 minute. Misbehaved and went without delivery. I never order from dominoz again. Check tym of order and time on mobile. Deepu gupta was not picking fon, sk imran was calling for delivery. As per app deepu gupta should deliver. They are playing with security, safety and also not fulfilling their promises. It is not 4 first tym, they once delivered uncooked pizza n n i raised concern but they told next tym it will not happen. Now i ordered from wow pizza, 302 for two regular pizza and that was yummy.
