Don't order from this store location the quality of the pizza is so bad it's more of a namesake than an experience, pizza is too dry, toppings served are not enough compared to other stores & neither the cheese is upto the mark nothing felt good, disappointing experience.

The packaging is completely bad unsealed & not at all secured properly + no concept of no contact delivery even though it's mentioned.

Delivery Agents are rude & try to argue if you tell them or ask them why the package is unsecured they give an explanation stating " it comes like this only saar "

Domino's as a brand gaurantees 100% safety & it hurts to write such a bad review.

It's stores like these that ruin the image & experience, please don't waste your money here, patrons like us suffer due to such poor outlets & inexperienced staff, never faced such issue with other outlets in JP Nagar except for this one a total dud + bad experience & waste of money.

I highly don't recommend this store for delivery, unfortunately if you are in and around the area where this outlet is located you can't change the location & this store gets set by default in your Domino's app.

Hi, I had been to this store last Sunday on 30-01-2022, with my friends, I made a online payment through phonepe and from my side amount was debited. The cashier said he dint recive the amount, later v waited for a while and checked, he said do an 2nd payment so the 1st payment will be refunded in a week. So did the payment and took our order. It has been over 7 bank works days and i still dint recive the payment. So i called the branch manager, named Mr. Pradeep and he was so irresponsible, that he told me if the amount was not refunded within 7 bank working days, I won't receive the amount any more and could take an another order in the same store, but I don't want to recive service in this store anymore. This was not the first time of this issue, in my friends circle it was been faced before also. I was so particular of refunding the amount but he dint help me in this issue. I request the domino's team to contact me and help me...

I had ordered Big big 6 in 1 pizza costing rs 1075/-. And the pizza delivered did not have topping for more than 70% of the pizza When I had contacted the store, the lady in the store was very rude, and she refuse to acknowledge that more than half of the pizza did not have any topping in spite of me sharing photographs And later she went on to say that she will not give me a refund or a replacement, and if I order pizza there, that is a kind of a quantity of toppings they will provide . That lady is definitely not worth being in customer service sector. They were very rude, and I don’t think this store is not worth visiting or ordering from. Wish I could share photographs of the pizza, it is pathetic. I am never going to order from Dominos Again, at least not from this JP Nagar Outlet.
