One of the worst hospitality and poor customer caring.... Hi all, Myself Dr.Harish, I have to share my experience with u all who ever wants to go to aurick which is there in jp nagar...
They call it as 4 star and boutique.......it not even stands 1 star.....and boutique they don't know the meaning of it.....
Probably, people who hasn't felt boutique they may feel that as boutique...
Their roof top is very unhygienic where u see full of cockroaches on table tops and the waiters serve food with unhygienic hands too which we noticed and informed them too....
None of our people liked the food over there and we ordered food from first floor too where it was also the same.....
We went there for change in taste comparitive to our home made.....but we felt our home made is the best, they use all spoilt food to serve
Last but not least. ...we had given our vehicle for valet parking where we knew that they have very small underground parking...none of the vehicles goes inside...even if it goes ..comes out with big permanent tattoos on the body of the car...same happened to my car too....when I Informed the staff over there....all lazy bumps works there...no action.....would like to mention few names....vardaraju one of the useless admin he doesn't know how to behave with the hotel customers over call and one more hotel manager he will be there in the evening shift...a big lie master......the so called kiran he is the hotel partner itseems....all useless fellows....lot more to say...still stopping here....
Hence folk, never try aurick hotel jp nagar which is unhygienic where it spoils our health and don't give ur hard earned cars to them to park....hope my experience should not come to anybody....
Yet they have 5 star ratings in mouth shut. ...looking at it we went......all paid stars...
Read moreHad done a mass booking done at Aurick for 30 people / 15 rooms. In addition, we also had booked the banquet hall on 8th June for an event (engagement) for 75 - 80 people. I was coordinating with Rakesh for the entire thing.
1st issue - The ac stopped working in the middle of the event with 80 people in the banquet hall which was in the basement. And there was nothing done to rectify it at the moment
2nd issue - There are two lifts to the banquet hall and when we had first gone to see the venue, we were told both the lifts will he working. But on the day of the event, only 1 lift was working.
3rd issue - I had messaged Rakesh on 7th asking if dental kits will be kept in the rooms. He had mentioned yes. But none, mind you, none of the 15 rooms we had booked had dental kits not toiletries. Water bottles were kept in some room and it was missing in another
The management claims that Aurick is a 3 star hotel. I have stayed in a 2 star hotel with better facilities. Technical glitches can happen like in my situation the ac stopped working. I understand these glitches, but what did the management do to rectify them. A simple apology can’t be justified since it was a big event with 70-80 people. The least, the management could have done is refunded some amount or offered a token discount on the final bill.
Since I want to be fair, I will also mention the pros here. The hotel is fairly clean and the food provided is good. Beyond this, I will leave it upto the reader to decide if they want to choose Aurick...
Read moreIt was one of the worst experiences ever faced in the hotel. There are several instances. 1. We can feel cigarette smoke smell all over the third and fourth floor rooms all the time. Unable to sleep at night. We booked 4 rooms. Since it's centralized AC, the hotel management has no guts to tell the guest not to smoke in the room. The receptionist is claiming that guest safety is a priority but allowing other guests to stay irresponsibly in the room and smoke. 2. Complimentary breakfast is the worst and just for the name sake. It is better not to provide them or ask the guests to have outside. The dosa batter becomes sour, and the idly is too hard to break. After requesting and shouting, they made us chutney and bread toast just with jam and no butter. 3. A car was parked in front of the hotel and not given way for us to bring the cab in. We have a special child, and his wheel chair needs to be taken near the car door so that we can shift him with ease. However, the receptionist is adamant about requesting the guest to remove the car from the main area (though basement parking is available). Overall, hotel management needs to provide proper facilities to the guest. Otherwise, the quality will turn down soon. Already, I could see only 3.4 rating out of 5 in...
