The complete order experience was very bad experience.

Let me give you complete incident. I had placed order on 8:49 pm. My apartment was very next to dominos store. (Distance: 10 times customer care to get the status. I thought to cancel the order and place order with different restaurant. But it was 10:30 and all the restaurants were closed.

By the time my pizza was arrived my hunger was dead.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Domino's store. When we arrived and tried to place an order, an employee named Nagaraj informed us that only online orders were being accepted and there was no dine-in option. This was after we had already spent time looking at the menu. When I questioned why we weren't informed earlier, he claimed he had told us twice, which was not true, he never even approached the counter.

Frustrated, we decided to leave the store but noticed other customers dining in. As we waited outside, Nagaraj came out and told us to come back and order. When I asked for clarification, he started manipulating the situation, saying we needed to order online first and then dine in.

The inconsistency and lack of proper communication from Nagaraj made for a very poor customer service experience and entire staffs here providing poor service and very very negligent. I do not recommend...

I would have preferred giving zero star for this Dominos Kundalahalli Branch. Please guys do not waste your money on this one particularly. Below are the things that have been consistent with this branch 1) They never deliver on time and keep giving you false hope that it will be coming in 5mins but it only arrives after 1.5 hours to 2 hours 2) The tracking status says delivered exactly after 30 mins without delivering it and when you call the store they say it’s on the way (ridiculous what is the point of having the tracking facility ) 3) You might notice missing items from your order and you will never get refund 4) Pizza received would be very cold which you need to microwave for sure (same experience from past 4 orders) 5) I could not eat veg taco as it was too hard to chew, we had to throw it (from our order today) I am never going to order from this store, very...
