Domino's Pizza | Murugeshpalya, Bangalore — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Guys, Please don't order anything from their Domino's app. My humble request🙏🙏🙏

The first time i ordered on Domino's app i paid through phonepe.the amount was deducted but the order showed pending confirmation. Nor did i receive the food or nor money..It's been almost 14-15 days since I'm following them up.. Everytime they come up with an excuse..now they tell that refund has already been done. But i can no where find the amount being credited. I sent my account statement as well to them..still they are not taking any sincere action .

It's not 10 or 20 rs to let go..it's 480 rs. Not even my earning. My dad's earning..I'll never ever order anything from Dominos app in my entire life..

They have a absolutely stupid customer service. None of their toll free numbers connect to a customer representative . It took them 10 days to make a call to their customer personally and enquire...

"I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Domino's. After ordering, I waited for a long time, but my order hasn't been delivered yet. The app claims a 20-minute guarantee, but it's been over 40 minutes. When I tried to contact the store via the number provided in the app chat, there was no response. What's the point of providing a contact number if no one answers? To make matters worse, when I called the delivery guy from the app, he rudely told me he was at home and asked me to hang up without any respect. This lack of customer service and professionalism is unacceptable. I expect better from a brand...
