I am fond of dominos and would always prefer to visit your stores at any locations provided I do have other options. But today I had visited one of your store at Koramangala right opposite to the depot bus stop. The ambience wasn't pleasant nor the place was. The store had 4 tables out of which 3 were occupied. We had opted the 4th table which was not clean but still we did as me and my wife wanted to celebrate our first year anniversary. There were staffs who were passing by and staff at the front reception who were atleast 5 in number but none bothered to do their first and most priority job which was disappointing. I had still waited quite a while for the staff to clean it up as they did not show up, I myself approached one of the staff and informed them to clean it up as I could place my order. But the staff reacted as though I had asked them to do my personal job. They had just removed the dominos boxes and left the place without sanitizing the table. I did not like it and with grave disappointment left the store. I advise all the customers who plan to visit this store to think before visiting it. Worst experience with online ordering. Ordered pizza through Swiggy at 9 pm, got delivery at 10.30pm. First asked for help to Swiggy team, they asked me to connect with Domino's store directly. I called them, lady on phone said delivery boy just left, will reach to me in 10 mins. I asked for late delivery, she said I will get 300rs cash back from delivery boy. However delivery boy who came after 25 mins of my discussion with lady in store, he refused to give me refund and said I will get cash back of 300 rs in my Domino's wallet! I asked him to connect with store manager, Kartik who is store manager at Koramangala store was very rude on call. He said he can't do anything and can't give cash. What the hell, I ordered online, paid cash online, then why should I accept money in domino's wallet? And with all this experience why should I purchase again from domino's. Later on when I started arguing with store manager, delivery boy started saying 'take the order if I want or leave it'. What kind of attitude is this towards your valuable customers. This place is dull and lifeless on the onset. Focus is more on delivery rather than dine in.

When we happened to visit the place post facing difficulty in finding a parking spot we were greeted with no one on the counter.

After a 5 minute wait we found a soul to talk to who pointed to a QR code to scan to place the order. QR code greeted us with a 403 error code.

Then we were asked to download the app which was not specific to the Koramangala store.

Post this ordeal the lady who was busy tending to the online orders was agitated with our queries and refused to talk.

she got upset when we asked her if they take orders from the counter?

The reply we received was on these lines - Don't you see I am looking into these orders and I am the only soul around, wait for sometime.

We walked out without placing the order.

Service quality was abysmal. The ambience and lighting was shabby and lifeless.

I would not visit this place again nor would I recommend this place to others.

We got amazing service at " Pizza Hut" 50 metres away...
