On May 30th 2024 I purchased PULSAR 125 (KA41 ES 7104) - I request everyone please do not buy from Beepkart because they Customer Service is not same what you see on They Webiste & App.
I am really so much fedup after buying from Beepkart I cannot express that by My Words, I paid 81000/- for this Bike and ended up in this trouble. I reqeust everyone think twice, because it is yours Hard Earned Money - I could have made this 81000/- Downpayment and could have gone for Brand New Bike and in return Bajaj would have given us Excellent Service/Customer Care.
Bikes Price is Expensive (Even though knowing Bikes price are high in BEEPKART we still go and buy from them because we think that we might get Quality of Bike, Quality of Service in future, because in outside private shops we don't get that but there is no difference we can find) Customer Care - They are really good on Phone but on Ground Reality they are worst, simply they will comfort you on Phone but on Ground there is No One to Care. Warrenty: In App they will Promise in 1 Year any problem related to Bike Engine they will takecare but as you go there they will tell only Flexi is covered etc etc. If it comes under NON-FLEXI then you need to pay for the Warrenty but that doesn't mean your 3 Services will be free, when you go for 1st Service you will get to know the DO'S & DON'TS (TERMS & CONDITION of what will be covered and what not)
1st Encounter with Customer Care: In Beepkart there is a Option - In 3 Days if we do not like the bike we can return it back but this Option was never informed to me by any of the Beepkart Executive. I came back to Beepkart on 4th Day and I explained them the problems that The Bike has PICK UP PROBLEM & I want to replace this Bike with another one but they never agreed for that, because I came on 4th Day. Customer Care told me that it could have happened if I would have come within 3 Days, I told Customer Care many times that I was never informed about the 3 DAYS EXCHANGE (OPTION) but they hardly cared about what I say. It was the mistake of Beepkart Executive, he was never punished for that but I paid the price for that.
2nd Encounter with Customer Care: I encountered real problems when I traveled from Bangalore to Mysore on July 13th 2024 Bike Pick up was very Poor and this I am informing from Day One. There was Oil Leakage Speedometer, Horn, Indicator (RT & LT), Head light all had some problem and it was not working. Mirror was stable.
Regarding all above problem I raised a Ticket on July 16th 2024 and they asked me to come for Koramangala Hub, they took my vehicale for 4 Days and result is below; Bike Pick up was very Poor and this I am informing from Day One. (Thank You Fixed - Resolved) There was Oil Leakage in Engine. (Thank You Fixed - Resolved) - I paid for this even though I already Paid and Brought WARRANTY. (they said under Warranty this is NOT COVERED) Speedometer, Horn, Indicator (RT & LT), Head light all had some problem and it was not working. (STILL NOT FIXED - UNRESOLVED) Mirror was stable. (STILL NOT FIXED - UNRESOLVED)

Review 2 (honest one): The two wheeler I purchased is superb undoubtedly (even though overpriced, i am happy with the performance ) but now comes the service after purchase part itās very worst, they care customer only till he/she purchase and after that they just donāt even inform you anything. they had told they will arrange RC book within 45 days but itās been more than 60 days and no communication at all regarding RC (even if i call and msged many times) Itās been 60+ days after purchase and i still havenāt got my purchase bill, and when i call or msg in WhatsApp thereās no reply from them (just ignores) you can think how worst is the service. Who will take 60+ days just to bill š what sort of business is this?š„²
and one more thing is they told they will be giving 3 free services, once they called and took my address and said they will provide home delivery service but after collecting address thereās no single information.
I have pinged and called everyone i know and also customer care but no use at all. They donāt even receive or call back and no reply in whatsapp too.
Please donāt go for this beepkart, we have lot of other market which has great customer services in bangalore, so please donāt go for beepkart and get...

Update 1 : its just been 2 months since vehicle purchase. Vehicle has broke down more than 6 times. Completely unhappy with Beepkart. I wont recommend this to anyone for sure
Average second hand two wheeler dealer. I am not happy with the vehicle bought from there. Few few months of purchase the mileage has drastically dropped and hand multiple repairs. Will never recommend this and there are many other better dealers.
Update 2 : It has now been several months since my purchase, and things have only gotten worse. Beepkartās service has been extremely disappointing. I was asked to directly contact their garage person, Arun, for repairs. Arun took my vehicle all over Bangalore and caused a traffic fine of ā¹2500. He promised to return the money but has been avoiding my calls ever since. Itās clear now that he is unreliable and unprofessional. Additionally, I discovered that duplicate parts (like the filter) were installed, and overall, the parts used were of poor quality.
In less than a year, Iāve already spent over ā¹10,000 on services and repairs, far more than I expected. This has been a frustrating and expensive experience, and I regret choosing Beepkart. I will definitely never recommend...
