I have stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. I have had a disgusting experience in many things.||First of all, Initially I had done booking for 2 nights, and extended for 1 nights. During booking I had to contact Fabhotel Customer support for 5 times just for the confirmation of the booking. Coz they have deducted money from the account but did not gave me booking details. After 5 calls and 1 mail finally they had confirmed.||||Do not get exited by the photos they have posted on website. They have only 2-3 rooms like that. All other rooms are so tiny that after placing the bed there is no space to keep the luggage. Initially they gave us a room where we were not able to stand properly due to shortage of space. When I told them about that they had changed the room.||Room service is so bad that for just a cup of tea we had to wait for almost an hour every time and the tea also they served was cold all the time. ||||Wifi sometimes work and sometimes doesn't work. ||There is no restaurant in the hotel. ||The only good thing is the location. But that also, there are so many good hotels in this area one can easily find another good hotel in the same price.||||In three days the hotel did not even cleaned the room once. ||||There is no toiletries. They just gave one Towel for 2 persons and the hotel management did not bother about changing the towel on daily basis. ||||The floor of the room was full of dusts. ||||Overall my suggestion is do not try this hotel unless someone have no...

My parents were travelling to Bengaluru and had booked a room at fab hotel Koramangala, my father is a senior citizen and mother was wheelchair bound hence my father confirmed twice with their employee ( saifi pathan ) if early check in available as their flight was reaching Bengaluru very early in the morning, he was assured that they will get early check in at an extra price to which he agreed, on reaching the hotel they were denied early check in and were told that there are no rooms available currently, you have to wait till atleast 12 in noon , also the guy at reception denied to know his colleague . Early morning at such odd hr my parents had to book some other hotel and were so troubled as they did not even know how to commute in Bengaluru. The main complaint being if you can't fulfill your commitments please do not make such . If they would have said earlier that early check in isn't available we would have booked some other hotel before hand instead of facing last minute trouble .they did not provide any refund to my parents On calling the helpline customer care number they said we won't be able to refund any amount if we do not receive a call recording.
