We recently had the pleasure of dining at Empire Restaurant, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food was not only great but also delicious, leaving me thoroughly satisfied with every bite. From the appetizers to the main course, each dish was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. However, what truly set Empire Restaurant apart was the excellent service provided by Krishna. His attention to detail and dedication to ensuring a memorable dining experience was evident throughout the meal. From his warm welcome to his attentive assistance with menu recommendations, Krishna went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and valued as customers. Overall, I highly recommend Empire Restaurant to anyone looking for delicious food and exceptional service. Whether you're dining alone, with family, or hosting a special event, you can trust Empire to deliver a truly remarkable culinary experience. I'll definitely be returning soon for another delightful meal.

I recently dined at Empire Restaurant in HSR Layout, and overall, I had a satisfying experience. Here's a brief review of the dishes I tried: 1. Butter Chicken (7/10): The butter chicken at Empire Restaurant was flavorful and had a good balance of spices. The chicken was tender, and the creamy tomato-based sauce was delicious. 2. Chicken Manchurian (7/10): The Chicken Manchurian was well-prepared with tender chicken pieces and a savory sauce. It had a nice blend of sweet and tangy flavors. 3. Ghee Rice (6/10): The ghee rice was decent, but it fell short of my expectations. It lacked the aromatic richness that is usually associated with good ghee rice. In summary, Empire Restaurant in HSR Layout offers a decent dining experience with a range of dishes to choose from. The butter chicken and chicken Manchurian were tasty, though not outstanding, while the ghee rice was a bit underwhelming. The service and ambiance were satisfactory. It's a good place to enjoy some North Indian foods.

A bit disappointed with this place, as I went there with high hopes. It was hard to find positivies at this place as soon as we entered it. The AC was not almost not working, and we were starting to sweat. The first waiter who came to us was completely uninterested. He was looking like he wants to get out of the place asap. The look on his face completely turned us off. We were hoping that atleast the food will be cheer us up. After ordering the wait game started. With the aroma of biriyani lingering around us, our appetite grew more and more.. but no food. :( After a pretty long delay, our food arrived. The food was good, though not exceptional. Chicken was a bit spicy, but the spiciness is what that made it tasty. The irony of the whole thing is that I noticed a note on the table just when I was about to leave. The note read something like "Did you receive a warm welcome from our staff from arrival?". I was thinking, of all the restaurants I went, that is worth its salt, this is the place where I got the coldest of the welcome. I will think thrice before I goto this restaurant again.

I don't know what happened to them. Mostly we order through swiggy. We enjoyed the food a lot.. this time I viewed the hotel and to much of eager to taste it. First waiters are not synced like missing orders, to much of time to get dishes. Second food taste, little poor in taste than expected. Third line soda, it taste like lime juice tumbler washed water. Fort for check also needs to wait half an hour. Why tools this much of time even though not peak hour, less customer and the last three one in the receptionist swiped the card and put the bill and card near by him and went for next work. The near by waiter took the card and return it to me. So disappoint a lot. I feel some of them near by also feel the same. And one more they refused to give mayonnaise for grill chicken.. feels to bad for that. I hope next time they may serve better...

Food is below average. We wanted to go to Imperio Restaurant HSR, but unfortunately we booked Uber for Empire by mistake and it was too late at night so we gave this restaurant a try. It is not a multicuisin restaurnat. Olny Indian food options are availabe, no chinese options. Atmosphere is average. Most stuffs/servers have no idea about their menus and food options. If you ask them anything specific, they will try asking eachother and will randomly say that it is not available or they don't make it, but if the manager or chief is called then you get a different/positive answer. Easy Bites fast-food junction is also owned by them and is located in the same building. Easy Bites menu is also available to order in the restaurant itself. Big clean washroom and toilet is available for both genders. Not going back.

I had biryani and a kulcha. The biryani didn't meet expectations. The kulcha turned out to be a butter naan, not a proper North Indian kulcha. I asked for red complimentary gravy, but got a disappointing coriander-based green chutney instead. The server was overacting, possibly for a tip, which I found off-putting. Overall, the experience was marred by the mix-up and excessive enthusiasm for gratuities. But still this restaurant is not bad at all. How they are approaching customers for reviews is something I didn’t find that well. I am a working professional, work hard we have very little timd for lunch, also have lots of stress and pressure in us and i genuinely don’t like spending time in writing some reviews. I loved the entire design part of the restaurant, everything is perfect. #iamadesigner
