We visited this restaurant for dinner, and unfortunately, the entire experience was very disappointing. Since our group included both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, we ordered a variety of starters and main courses – Gobi Manchurian, Paneer Tikki, Creamy Chicken Tikka, Tandoori Chicken, Hyderabadi Chicken, and Ghee Rice.
The biggest issue was the service. Although the staff initially told us the food would be served within 15 minutes, we ended up waiting for more than 45 minutes. Even then, the order was completely mismanaged. Instead of serving the starters first, the main course items arrived before them. On top of that, the Hyderabadi Chicken was extremely greasy and poorly prepared, which made it very unappetizing.
It was clear that there was no coordination between the waiters and the kitchen, which led to unnecessary delays and confusion. The quality of food did not justify the long wait, and the service lacked basic professionalism.
To make matters worse, while we were still eating, the staff even allowed other guests to sit at our table. This was extremely uncomfortable and completely unacceptable, as dining should feel private and respectful.
By the end, I was so frustrated that I almost lost my patience with the staff. However, not wanting to create a scene, I simply paid the bill and left.
Overall, neither the food nor the service was worth the time, money, or effort. Definitely a...
Read moreA bit disappointed with this place, as I went there with high hopes. It was hard to find positivies at this place as soon as we entered it. The AC was not almost not working, and we were starting to sweat. The first waiter who came to us was completely uninterested. He was looking like he wants to get out of the place asap. The look on his face completely turned us off.
We were hoping that atleast the food will be cheer us up. After ordering the wait game started. With the aroma of biriyani lingering around us, our appetite grew more and more.. but no food. :(
After a pretty long delay, our food arrived. The food was good, though not exceptional. Chicken was a bit spicy, but the spiciness is what that made it tasty.
The irony of the whole thing is that I noticed a note on the table just when I was about to leave. The note read something like "Did you receive a warm welcome from our staff from arrival?". I was thinking, of all the restaurants I went, that is worth its salt, this is the place where I got the coldest of the welcome.
I will think thrice before I goto this...

I tried some of their signature dishes, and the flavors were rich and well-balanced, especially the biryani and kebabs which were juicy and perfectly spiced. The naan and other breads were soft and fresh, complementing the gravies nicely.
