Pizza Hut is lucky, Google doesn't give the reviewer to rate less than "1 Star"... Ordered via Order #11462748, store faltered on the delivery time, had to call the call center and follow up. Order gets delivered 20-25 minutes late, but with out the drink. The delivery guy's tone and style of speaking could be much more polished, unfortunately, it wasn't. 20-25 minutes after the order was partially delivered, the drink does not arrive, again called the call center, but the response was pathetic. Got bugged, requested to cancel the drink and reimburse the amount. Closed the call with a promise that this particular order will be the last one...

Had some issues with delivery when I ordered via Zomato through this outlet. On highlighting the issue, the store manager, Mr. Vignesh called me up the very next morning, sorting my issue out and offering a replacement to my last order.
