Updating after facing same issue again frozen bottle in whitefield is the biggest scam ever. U order online u never get what u order if u get then trust me regardless of how much ever you pay u get only icecream scoop no ftuits nor cashew nor. any toppings included where in its a part of your ordered ice cream sooo please dont order from here when i ordered last time and sent a mail to concerned team and i have still no reply from their end instead of scamming people u guys can beg and earn after charging such heavy prices . Please order from corner house or baskin robins or any other good ice cream stores but not here you will end up loosing money and ruining you experience of eating icecream sooo think 10times before ordering from here

Old review; Whenever i order he sends a different item and always sends without nuts i order dry fruits and he sends me another jar. Updated this review after few days post sending a mail to the concerned team who reached out to me saying they would help issue not resolved they just looting people pathetic store please please save money don't buy from here writing so n other people don't loose money...

The worst ever frozenbottle store I have ever tried.

I’m addictive to the frozen bottles gudbud jar and I have tried frozen bottle in most of the cities of india across various stores. Everytime I order from online, the gudbud is very bad. So i have decided to visit the store in-person and ordered from there. The staff is very arrogant and I tried to convince him to prepare the best of what he can do.

Finally he prepared the gudbud which is better compared to what I order online from this store. But the behaviour of staff needs to be changed. I have seen many people leaving the store without ordering after experiencing the...

No bill received,service was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I would not recommend this to anyone. Don't ever dare go to this place during the carnival offers.
