Used to be good, few years back, but now far below standards. Took a cake, when I repeated on what to write on the cake, the staff gave me a 'look'. I thought they are professional, but did a shabby work in writing a simple congratulations. Cherry on the top (last nail on the coffin) for my purchase, I received a horrible cake. The sponge is paste instead of being fluffy. Not expected at all. One of the worst cakes I've ever had. Successfully spoiled the occasion. Paid huge price, took looks from them to have a horrible tasting cake, with shabby writing. I think I just made my last purchase from here. I shud have read recent reviews before making my latest purchase.

See the photos I have attached. This was not how your products used to be. We bought a cake and you literally sold only icing. Disappointing. I would better buy from amma's pastry, at a cheaper price. I paid 400 for a half kg icing. I would like to get a better cake from you next time.

Horrible service. Ordered a cake for a special occassion at home.. Their payment link would not work. They agreed to take cash on delivery.. Then sent it very delayed on Dunzo. Zero coordination. Dunzo guy calls us to say he is not sure that the cake will come intact as it is in a flimsy packing.. We are left to deal with Dunzo.. All Just Bake cares is their payment.. Customer can go jump after that.. Cake was good.. But horrible service with no ownership.. Would rather order elsewhere with a bakery that cares for customers.. Never order from them.. Searching for a -5 star to give...

I have Been a regular here …. But alas they have gone to the dogs! Last year we ordered for my sons birthday the graphic was mixed up and they delivered a wrong cake… No amount of discussion helped MY son was super disappointed. This year they took the order and went one up - They DID NOT DELIVER AT All… asked us to pick up at 4 pm instead of 11 am… IMagine no cake for the party!!!

Don’t disappoint your kids and loved ones…. Buy cake elsewhere rather than...
