Cafe Grill — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Had a horrifying experience with cafe grill. I brought Alpafam Chicken for the family. It was juicy on chicken surface ,when it opened, not dry like all other restaurants. I had only one bite whereas my wife & two son had rest. After two days issues started. Vomiting, loose motion& tiredness. All the three were weak and admitted in Chinmaya Mission hospital. Manager claimed that the hotel had fine dishes, as if the family got admitted in hospital by some auto accident. The lab test proved that issue was food infection. half cooked chicken was the culprit. After 4 days in hospital, they were discharged. I was regular from the beginning when TFC was the only one serving shawarma grill and tandoori in that lane untill cg came. But recently for third time this happens. The store was empty only two folks I ordered grill chicken the person says it ll take 5 mins (curios)so I was sceptical bcoz grill machine is outside roasting the chicken. So I waited there and out of nowhere my order was ready I was standing next to the machine I didn't see anyone opening it from the machine . I still received with my gut feeling (was in hurry) . My recent visit to [cafe grill jeevan bhima nagar branch] was an unmitigated disaster. The food was a travesty, and the service was appallingly unprofessional.

Food Quality:

Not fresh Excessively salty Unbalanced flavors

Unhygienic Conditions:

Found a hair in the mayonnaise (yes, you read that right!)

Shocking Service:

Waitress claimed the food was "supposed to be" salty and unfresh When we complained about the hair, the staff simply removed it and served the same contaminated food again! No apology or concern for customer satisfaction
