Kaggis Bakery — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I purchased blue burry pastry. I clearly asked that person to mention names, Bday wishes and year using fresh cream. The guy in bakery told,he vl give bday wishes plastic stick.So I said ok. Then asked to write name, there he missed 1 letter and also while packing he broke chocolate stick. I asked to do correction in name and replace it with good chocolate stick. He replaced chocolate stick and wrote name and year on waffles with mixed fruit jam and just kept on cake. I thought it got sticked to cake. With the cake, I went to friends home,there I realised he didnot give bday wishes stick and the waffles with name and year written with jam was stick to cake box. And the cake was cut without name, year and wishes. And also i got feedback from friends that it smells n tastes like pesticides has been sprayed. The person who packed cake neither listened to me when i asked to write name using cream neither he did his job properly.Bday celebration will be done once in a year. This year its bad experience.I raised complaint about it but not satisfactory outcome.Overall Really...

Hello This raring of one is provided for the behaviour of cashier who exhibited his arrogance today.

Dear Management ( Ragavendra Sir ) As a regular customer I shopped at your store today ( Bill# 427 | 7:59 PM IST on 26th Dec 2020) It was final stage of billing and I asked for one more product, I felt your cashier was rude towards me directing my query to other staff. I feel for a customer all employers behind counter belongs to bakery and are there to help ppl with their needs. For a minute I was wondering who is the Boss of the shop ?? And reconfirmed with him that if he is owner or a employee ...

I personally being in business feel this behaviour of employee towards customer is not a good sign when interaction and response are impacting business directly.

If you get a chance to read this review plz consider above words and I would like other customers not to face this ... competition is hard in a city like bangalore and these kind of behaviour makes cusotmer deviate...

I know this bakery for more than 25 years. I was in high school when this bakery got opened. These people are trend setters then. Everyone in our area (Hanumantha Nagar) were talking about new concept and name of this bakery which was sounding weird then. My favorite was Apple Cake!!!!🤣🤣😁. Hot and cold Badam milk was superb. We friends enjoyed here a lot. For more than 25 years these people served very good bakery products at reasonable price. And this people extended their branches at different parts. Even today my favorite apple cakes available here. Only difference is no cream on top. It's plain apple cake now. All other food items are great. One must try the hot cake called LAVA Cake which melts in mouth. You will really love...
