This is such a beautiful temple to visit, very unique and wonderfully built. However, nice things about this place end here. Please do not consider doing any functions at this place, as their management is horrible, they do not have courteous attitude in speaking. They will not coordinate on phone over any matter, they expect you to pay cash for every single thing. There is no facility to shift luggage to halls upstairs if we book for function. Even though there is a back gate which can be opened to directly access elevators, we are expected to carry all our bags through the front entrance and walk up the stairs with luggage. There are no helpers also to give a hand for this. The place is a maze, accessing the function halls upstairs is so confusing. The cleaning staff here who clean after lunch are so rude, they will not let you sit in the hall even for 10 minutes after you finish a function here. Aged people in my family were treated so badly, all chairs were removed and they were refused to sit in the hall after lunch. Tables were moved around in haste injuring one of the elders. Disgusting experience, I'm never doing another function here again. And even when we went to express our displeasure about our experience they did not bother listening to us. The service staff at this place itself told us that every family who do functions here end up fighting with management over all these issues.
