We had ordered online in the kfc app for a dine in, upon asking the person at the counter we came to know that the order wasn't ready. The order was delayed over 9minutes and had to ask again for our order, the order was packed for a take away instead of a dine in. We weren't aware of the 7minutes express policy in India where they give a free piece chicken if the order is delayed over 7minutes, until we received msgs regarding the same in WhatsApp. They staff and manager at the store isn't aware of this and fought over this telling the time is calculated when we order for a dine in at the atore standing infront of them, which states if we order outside the shop and go for a dine in exactlt after 7minutes, the policy isnt valid and called it a glitch and mistake in the app. I don't understand how kfc being such a big brand selects such people who are uneducated about the job they do?! It's not about the free chicken but the awareness if some customer walks up regarding things which are mentioned in the app itself. Also, the AC was switched off for the whole time. I am surprised if KFC is in such a bad condition that they are unable to conduct a training for their staff regarding their own policies to avoid...

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this KFC store, and the main reason is the appalling service. The staff seemed completely disinterested in helping customers, and their attitude was borderline rude.
When I placed my order, the staff member barely acknowledged me, and I had to repeat my order multiple times because they weren't paying attention. After waiting for what felt like an eternity, I asked them about the status of my order, and they seemed put off, telling me it would take "a few more minutes" without even apologizing for the delay.
When my order finally arrived, it was incorrect, and I had to ask them to fix it. The staff member handling my order seemed annoyed, and I could sense their frustration. It was like I was bothering them by asking for what I had paid for.
The food was mediocre at best, but the real issue was the staff's attitude. If you're going to work in customer service, you need to be willing to provide decent service. It's not that hard.
