21/04/2023-This is my 3rd worst experience ever in this particular KFC. This is a KFC where fried chicken is not available most of the time. I don’t know what they are selling if not fried chicken in Kentucky Fried Chicken outlet. This is ridiculous. Big time fraud this store is. I paid via UPI and it was a proper transaction, because I didn’t get any refund. Still they refused to deliver my order. Please don’t visit if you have value for your money. This is a new outlet at Natura walk shopping mall, Domassandra, Sarjapur Road and already started doing all these frauds. Disgusting

Well I ordered a Indian Spicy Veg Roll and Zinger Pro Burger. It was utter waste of money. The roll was made of a uncooked wrap or roti. It was stinking like rotten egg. And it was veg on top of it with rotten egg smell. Adding the pictures of the same. The burger why it was mentioned as pro. Useless and no taste. They forgot to add the sauce I think. Had to gulp it with water. I would have blasted, but my bad luck I had it at home through Zomato. On trying to call on the number given nobody picked up. Will never go there. Worthless store and staff.

This is a two storey KFC, and have good seating at first floor. They have ordering Kiosk. When I went here, place was empty. I ordered chiken strips. Out of 6 strips, 4 were hot and fresh and 2 strips were cold, and staff didn't even bother to reheat them. 1 star only as I don't ever expect cold food in KFC.

I went here as I was waiting to get my car serviced in Pratham motors next door. Place is in a commercial complex and has huge parking, since there are very few shops operational yet. This is a two storey KFC, and have good seating at first floor. They have ordering Kiosk. When I went here, place was empty. I ordered chiken strips. Out of 6 strips, 4 were hot and fresh and 2 strips were cold, and staff didn't even bother to reheat them. 1 star only as I don't ever expect cold food in KFC.

The worst ever KFC I have ever visited.. happened to enter this place for a dine in and I am infront of the kiosk of place my order… a gentleman who is an employee of KFC came to me and didn’t even mind me standing looking at the menu to order, he just cancelled my order and started to punch in another order for the person standing behind me.. Really hurted and walked away from your place saying a goodbye to KFC…

Hereafter I will not enter rather will not entertain my friends and family as well to dine in at any of the KFC outlets..

Better post that only the employees friends and...
